Let’s talk SWEAT!!!! 😅
You may or may not know that I am a workout queen.
Like clockwork that alarm rings @:30 AM and poof with a 5,4,3,2,1 countdown @ style I whip myself out of bed and to my home gym.
30 minutes, 5-6 days a week and boomski girl gets it done.
But what if you workout at a gym and don’t have the luxury of a post workout shower?
A few tips to keep your skin glowing and healthy: -First, get out of those sweaty clothes...so bring a change with you. -Showering up right away is ideal, but if that’s not an option bring a cloth with you to wipe down your acne/rash prone areas. -If you tend to breakout regularly having a medicated wipe may be helpful for on the go.
-And make sure you drink at least HALF your body weight in ounces of water daily!!
Walking around in sweaty clothes is a breeding environment for bacteria, yeast, and fungus; none of us want that. 😅
BUT if your skin is acting up, come on in, let’s settle it down, give it a clean slate, so you can workout without ‘sweating’ the skin implications.
