Toe2Bar, I love doing these but I’ve got to work on that core isolation. This was the last set of 3x10reps after today’s workout of @ program; thought I’d throw this one in.
25kg Push Press
20kg Upright Rows
25-35kg Bench Press
5 sets 20kg Strict Press
10 Pull-Ups (Asstd. Purple)
12kg KB swings .
There’s a few ways T2B can be performed I do it this way, knees are slightly bent tight hammies.
What I need to work on: dead hang, lat activation, strict toe 2 bar, the control on the descent, core isolation.
Muscles worked: biceps, lats, abs, obliques, hip flexors
*The more momentum used during the exercise the less of an isolation exercise this becomes in the abdominals.
So that is my goal for next time. Feeling proud.,
