On not finding the time to exercise.
If you find yourself constantly making excuses about finding a good time to exercise, I really want you to ask yourself if it’s a priority.
Here’s a few things to consider:
-is really that important to you?
-why do you even want to do it in the first place?
-what if someone lit a fire to your ass to do it, would you then?
-what would it take for you to make it a habit?
If something is that important to us we always find a way to make it happen, don’t we? For females, we take time to get our hair done, nails trimmed and wax our brows and for men, they find the time to work, shit, shower and shave.
What IF you made it a priority by finding a time in your day when your willpower is the highest? Maybe you knock it out first thing in the morning or you crush a session in the evening when you have the most amount of energy reserves.
Also, schedule it in your day to get it done! Too many don’t take the time needed to set aside self-care tactics to create success in their day. Schedule it, block it off and make it happen.
Exercise is like anything else, it takes commitment, practice and consistency to feel and see the benefits.
