Legs Unflexed Vs. Flexed: READ 👇🏻
Tbh my legs aren’t that big in my opinion. They pop when I flex them thou 💪🏻. If I held more body fat their they would be bigger, but for me this isn’t the case.
So if you saw my legs you would think I’m quite lean. However, this isn’t really the case. Body fat leave my legs first which is cool. Everyone is different. Most people (bodybuilders) really have to dig to get the legs shreds going. I rather hold more body fat in my legs for a variety of reasons.
1.) Abs lol
2.) I find the more bodyfat I have the better my performance is. Now this is obvious, but the lack of fat on my legs really effects my performance when it comes to squats and dead’s in my opinion. Especially squats. I remember being 210lbs + and squats were butter. Almost dropping into the hole effortlessly and popping right back up. My leverage were just great at the weight, but there’s now way I’m going back to 210 just to perform better on squats. -
Hopefully after maintaining at a lower body weight I can reestablish my squat somewhat and get that feeling back 🙏🏻
