I've had a lot of messages about this, so I think it's something a lot of people worry about, but with these tips you should be running around like a kitten chasing a lazer pointer. 1. Make sure you're getting b12. It's very important in the synthesis of red blood cells (amongst other things) so a deficiency will really affect your energy levels. It doesn't occur naturally so take a supplement or buy fortified foods. (Check my previous post on this for more info) 2. Make sure you're eating enough calories. Fruits and veg are less calorie dense than animal products so make sure to eat a good balance of grains, pulses/legumes, nuts, and seeds to get more healthy high calorie foods in your diet. 3. Make sure to eat complex carbs from wholegrains, starchy tubers (e.g potatoes), and legumes. It's great to treat yo' self occasionally but you don't need to buy every vegan cake and ice cream you find. I know it's easy to get excited! 😉 4. Getting sufficient protein isn't as hard as some people make out but it is important. Just be sure to eat a balanced plant based diet and you'll be fine! If you do a lot of exercise and want to be sure, they're are plenty of great vegan protein powders available. 5. The other points were vegan specific. The last point is to remember that most people complain about being tired or not having energy.! If you aren't practicing healthy habits you'll be tired no matter your diet. So make sure to sleep enough and get some exercise! . That's it! I hope that helps someone. What tips would you have for other vegans? . Today I felt like a big comforting lunch was exactly what I needed. So I put half a big sweet potato in the oven. I put the heat on only 100°c/212°f but let it be in there a lot longer. I read that the slower you cook your foods the more nutrients are left. [English below] El otro día os conté por stories que los chicos de @kombutxadrinks me habían regalado unas botellas para probar y experimentar. Este plato de noodles de calabacín, zanahoria, tempeh y tomate seco está salteado y aliñado con un aderezo de kombucha ¿suena raro? Pues, aunque al principio no confiaba mucho en el experimento, está de vicio. Y la Kombucha, simplemente para beber y compartir, también. 🌿 Aderezo de Kombucha: ✨ 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva. ✨ 1/4 taza kombucha Ginger & Apple de @kombutxadrinks. Combinación de especias al gusto ✨ 1/2 cucharadita de tomillo fresco y otra de orégano. ✨ 1/2 cucharadita de sal. ✨ 1/2 cucharadita de chili flakes. ✨ 1 cucharadita de agave. 🌿 Kombucha Salad Dressing: ✨ 1/2 cup olive oil. ✨ 1/4 cup kombucha Ginger & Apple. ✨ 1/2 tsps fresh thyme and 1/2 oregano. ✨ 1/2 tsps salt. ✨ 1/2 tsps chili flakes. ✨ 1 tsps agave.

¡Buenos días!♥️. . Vale, sí, últimamente estoy muy fan de los postres, pero es que me encanta la repostería y claro🤤. . ¡Os dejo por aquí más opciones de dulces para estás Navidades! Si eres fan del plátano, este es el tuyo🍌🍌. . Os dejo la receta paso a paso en el blog (link en mi bio☝🏼). . ¿Un banana Bread saludable y sin azúcares? Hecho😈. . BANANA BREAD🍌🤤. . ➡️ INGREDIENTES⬅️. . ☑️5 plátanos maduros. . ☑️280 gr de harina de avena. . ☑️2 cucharadas de aceite de coco (líquido). . ☑️1 sobre de levadura en polvo. . ☑️1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla. . ☑️1 pizca de sal. . ☑️1/2 vaso de bebida vegetal. (Si se queda la masa muy espesa, podéis añadir un poco más). . ☑️Canela al gusto. . ➡️ PREPARACIÓN⬅️. . ☝🏼Precalentamos horno a 180°C por arriba y por abajo. . ☝🏼En un recipiente, Mezclamos la harina de avena con la levadura. . ☝🏼En otro cuenco, machacamos 4 plátanos (uno lo reservamos) hasta formar una pasta. . ☝🏼Añadimos el aceite de coco y la bebida a vegetal a la masa de plátanos. . ☝🏼 Después, añadimos la sal, la esencia de vainilla y la canela. . ☝🏼Cuando mezclemos bien, echamos la harina + levadura a la mezcla anterior y removemos hasta tener una más a homogénea. . ☝🏼Ponemos la masa en un molde, partimos un plátano por la mitad (en horizontal) y lo ponemos sobre la masa para decorar. . ☝🏼Horneamos a 180°c por arriba y por abajo durante unos 40'. ⚠️Tiempo orientativo, que ya sabéis que cada horno es un 🌎⚠️. . #vegan #vegangirl #veganfood #veganworld #vegandeliciousfood #veganbananabread #bananabread #fit #fitgirl #fitlife #fitworld #fitfood #heakthy #healthyveganfood #fitvegan #fitveganfood #bananabread #fitbananabread #delicious #fitdessert
