▶PROTEIN RICE PUDDING◀ . Le pudding de riz (sans topping) 📊470kcal, 39P📊 . Hier soir, j'ai gouté le pudding de riz (ou riz au lait si vous préférez) que j'avais préparé le jour d'avant. Encore une nouvelle recette qui mérite encore d'être améliorée mais plein de potentiel 😛 . Avec tout ça, un demi-melon, et 2 bowlcakes vanille accompagnés de mini-marshmallows fondus et des quelques fruity pebblies. . Et surtout, une halo top goût birthday cake. Le birthday cake, n'est pas forcément un gâteau d'anniversaire mais est bien un type de gâteau en lui-même ici. (Si vous cherchez sur internet vous verrez vite à quoi ça ressemble) . Por tanto tempo eu tive medo de comer algo tão simples e tão maravilhoso como arroz e feijão. Por tanto tempo eu me forçava a comer frango sem tempero nenhum e atum enlatado mesmo não querendo. Fiz tudo isso achando que isso me deixaria com o corpo “perfeito”.
. A verdade é que esse “estilo de vida” me deixou com a saúde física e mental prejudicadas. Meus hormônios ficaram todos desregulados, sofro com amenorréia a 4 anos, e hoje corro atrás do prejuízo. Restrição não vale a pena. Dá pra ter um corpo legal e principalmente um corpo saudável comendo carboidrato, comedo o que você gosta, sem sofrimento ☺️☺️

Be your own motivation... woof 🐺 As many of you guys know my hormones have been super whacked out. I haven't had my menstrual cycle in a couple of months and I'm working towards improving it by increasing my calories, decreasing my cardio, and giving it time. Even though I don't get the time of the month, I still get a fake "period" which I get many of the symptoms that one would get for that week. This week I have been on that fake "period" and I have notice that I have been holding on to water and looking a lot softer than I normally am. In the past, I would do more physical work and lower down my calories to get the "shreds"... Since I want to become normal again, I will not be doing that. I will be just sticking with my normal routine and just be "soft" for a few days... I will be back to normal soon anyway. The constant deficit in calories is what has been affecting me and not allowing me to regulate my hormones. Had to keep pushing it back since the flood took the train line down but I was finally able to get back to Tsuyama and play tennis with the ol' Tsuyama tennis club (JFTC)! 🔥WHY I PREFER A STRUCTURED DIET OVER AN INTUITIVE DIET ✌🏼 . . Look. I don’t want to tell you that you can’t listen to your intuition when it comes to diet but I’m gonna make a case for why that’s NOT always reliable, especially if you have specific goals, like losing a certain amount of weight, or even building muscle. . . 🐝 Can it be a good tool for maintenance? SURE but only after you have experience tracking for a period of time and are familiar and comfortable with how much food you need on a daily basis. . . Here’s my take: . . A structured diet: . . ✅ allows you to be precise in tracking your intake, meaning you’ll know how much protein, carbs, and fat you’re eating regularly. When you’re trying to lose weight, this is so important because, without this data, it’s really hard to make proper, calculated adjustments. . . ✅ is predictable and easy to plan for. When you know how much you’re eating each day, and it’s broken up into various meals, you remove a lot of stress from trying to figure out what to eat all the time. . . ✅ when setup properly, you can fit that cake or ice cream or your favorite burger into your macros easily without worrying too much about “going off your diet.” . . And here are my thoughts on intuitive eating: . . ❌ It can make tracking your weight loss really difficult because you don’t have very good records. . . ❌ If you haven’t practiced tracking your intake or trying to eat a healthier diet in the past, it can turn into a *see-food* diet, which means you eat all the food you see. 🤣 . . ❌ It can be devoid of nutrients if you get into the habit of eating foods that you crave but aren’t high in nutrition. . . Per la rubrica #tipsoftheday oggi mi va di parlare dei due possibili percorsi alimentari che possiamo intraprendere 🙌 (salvo diete veg, paleo ecc che meritano discorsi a parte) 👉 Dieta flessibile o da "Bro"? Che differenza c'è? Qual è la migliore? 😕 L'omino ci spiega velocemente la differenza e come sempre invito a leggere. 😆 Parlando per esperienza invece, posso assolutamente evidenziare come, per chi non ha obiettivi agonistici, ma soltanto amore per sé stesso e il fitness, la flessibile sia sicuramente la strada giusta. 😍 Può aiutare molto in fase di dimagrimento, mangiando anche pizza e gelato rientranti nei macros, sia in fase di costruzione muscolare. Ma è difficile, per chi si approccia per la prima volta ad uno stile di vita sano, gestire questa tipologia di alimentazione. 😅 In passato con la "Bro", spesso mi son sentita persa nei calcoli e nei soliti alimenti selezionati, 😠 ma sicuramente mi ha aiutata ad abituare il palato e l'organismo a questo stile di vita. Cosa ne penso? Sono entrambe valide, preferisco di gran lunga la flessibile, ma la consiglierei solo ai soggetti che già da 1/2 anni sanno nutrirsi davvero e non solo mangiare 😂

I even got to go shopping in my closet this morning to see that pants that were too small to wear before are now loose! And to be honest I never thought I would be able to do a real transformation Tuesday so the fact that I can has brought me to tears. And I owe all of this to counting #macros. Tip od Orłosia :D Latem mamy pełno owoców, warzyw, z których możemy wyczarować fajne musy, dżemy itp. Moim faworytem  jest robienie wszelkich zapraw, a szczególnie polecam „mus z papierówek”. Co najlepsze wychodzi dosyć spory słoik a kalorii ok. 400 ☺. Możemy zrobić sobie zapas i zachomikować na jesienne wieczory. Na 2 słoiczki po 330g każdy, potrzebne będzie: -  ok.900g papierówek obranych - słodzik według uznania Na początku musimy: Obrać jabłka i usunąć gniazda nasienne. Następnie pokroić na małe kawałki, wrzucić do garnka i cały czas gotować pod przykryciem na małym ogniu, często mieszając. Kiedy zrobi nam się „papka”, dodać słodzik według uznania (u mnie było to 6 tabletek – lubię sodko-kwaśne), pomieszać i jeszcze chwilę podgotować.  Gotowy mus przełożyć do wyparzonego wrzątkiem słoika, zakręcić i odwrócić do góry dnem oraz odstawić do ostygnięcia pod przykryciem. Even so-called "fitspo" role models have been known to proclaim that they "slipped up" last night and now please follow this 19-step detox I do the morning after to erase the effects of that naughty, naughty food I consumed...😡 ▫️ For goodness' sake, it was pizza. Bread + cheese + tomato sauce. I don't think my body needs bee pollen or some other such nonsense to detox today.🐝❓ ▫️ How do I approach these occasional indulgences (and I say indulgence ONLY because I ate the whole damn thing)? I knew my pizza would be high carb/fat/calorie so I loaded up my protein at the other meals of the day. I drank a lot of water. A mio parere uno dei principali, se non IL PRINCIPALE esercizio base per le spalle, soprattutto per tutti quei soggetti che hanno una forte predominanza del fascio anteriore del deltoide e che quindi trarranno verosimilmente pochi benefici dalla ricerca di una progressione del carico di lavoro nelle classiche distensioni sopra la testa. Ovviamente ciò non esclude che possa essere utilizzato come esercizio secondario in un range di ripetizioni più "ipertrofico". Vi dico la mia : Già chiamarlo in questo modo a mio parere è sbagliato, per il semplice fatto che il cibo deve essere qualcosa che ci accompagna nella nostra vita e non un demone che ogni volta che lo si nomina ci deve spaventare! Awesome #Repost from @gaugegirltraining. There is a lot of debate over the safety of artificial sweeteners—but bottom line is they are toxic and should be avoided in your daily diet. Choose stevia! 🌱 ... Sucralose is a chemically engineered sugar that is 600 times the sweetness of table sugar with zero calories. This ingredient has 3 chlorine molecules due to a hydroxyl substitution. ✨ ✨ The reason it is calorie free is because the body identifies the chlorine atoms as a toxic substance and passes it directly through the small intestine and it’s not absorbed into the blood stream. Sucralose is excreted from the body as a toxin. Without going in depth into the biochemistry, there has never been a reported death due to Sucralose consumption however there is limited safety data on the long term effects of this ingredient. ✨ ✨ The question is should you use it? I’ve recently moved away from this ingredient in the last few years and many others due to personal preferences as I no longer feel comfortable introducing chlorine into my system when there are safer alternatives. The problem is that food manufacturers use this ingredient due to consumer demand for foods that fit an overly sweet flavor profile and most aren’t used to a lighter more natural taste. If people don’t like the way their food tastes, they are less likely to comply with their nutrition plan, even if that means safety could be a risk. ✨ ✨ The take away is that you should always question calorie free and/or low calorie foods as they typically have the most processing and chemical modification. Just because we CAN successfully modify ingredients doesn’t necessarily mean we should abuse them. I’ve been enjoying the little hiatus from IG but I thought I’d give a little update at 5 weeks post show. In a nutshell: post show is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 But I’m finally back to a really good groove. Coach has helped me get my calories up, I’m tracking daily and I’m not feeling deprived. My weight is about 12 pounds up from show day which was extremely hard to see in the mirror and on the scale at first. Not going to lie it took a long time to feel ok about those changes. But staying stage ready is not sustainable. My biggest struggle, like most people was with food. During prep a lot of foods were off limits, not because they are “bad foods”, but simply because they didn’t fit into my macros or I’d rather have a more voluminous, nutritious food instead. So after prep it’s like my brain was constantly telling me to eat everything. 🍰🥞🍪🍫🍩🍦 Now that I’ve been through prep, a contest and part of a post contest period I can still say I would do it again. I learned a ton and feel like next time I’ll be so much better prepared. The 80/20 Diet Rule is one of my favorite nutrition “rules” to follow... ⠀ Reason being, it lets you enjoy fun foods in moderation (~20%) and still ensure the majority (~80%) of your calories are coming from micronutrient-dense whole foods. ⠀ Pretty straightforward, right? ⠀ Good. That's exactly how it should be! ⠀ The simpler & easy-to-follow you can make your nutrition & exercise plan, the better. ⠀ Quick Note 📝: although this is a "rule," you don’t need to live or die by it... ⠀ Doing so will just have you stressing about unnecessary stuff like, “wait, is this in the 80%?” or “oh no! I’m only at 75% whole foods today!” 😱 ⠀ Instead 👉 think of it as a reminder that MOST of your food choices should be coming from healthy whole foods. ⠀ Perfectly nailing "80%" and "20%" every day isn't realistic... ⠀ There will be times when it's easier to go above 80% whole foods or when it's difficult to stay under 20% with "fun" foods. ⠀ For example, say you're going out to a bar with friends on Friday... ⠀ Chances are, you'll end up taking in a buttload of calories from "fun" foods like hot wings and beer. ⠀ That’s totes okay! ⠀ Why?
