NON VEDO L'ORA DI DIVORARMI LA COLAZIONE!💕 Mi appaga preparare colazioni sane ma allo stesso tempo sfiziose e golose e cercare di renderle il più invitanti e presentabili😊 L'occhio vuole sempre la sua parte, e quando la ricetta si presenta come speravo la giornata inizia sempre più CARICA e con il SORRISO! 😊 🔸 Per questo tortino non ho utilizzato farine aromatizzate, potete trovare tutti gli ingredienti facilmente al supermercato 🔺20gr di farina di riso integrale 🔺20gr di farina di castagne 🔺10gr di farina di cocco 🔺cannella 🔺40gr omogeneizzato alla pera 🔺10gr di yogurt greco 🔺15gr di latte di mandorla 🔺100ml di albume 🔺4gr di Idrolitina + limone Solito procedimento del pancake, mettete il composto in una scodella o recipiente in vetro e fate cuocere 2minuti in microonde. L'ho preparato la sera prima e l 'ho lasciato tutta la notte fuori dal frigo. La mattina ho fatto una fessura in superficie e ho versato dentro 10gr di cacao amaro +acqua e 2 gocce di flavdrops gusto toffee, togliete la parte centrale del tappo che avete ricavato dalla fessura e mettete la parte superiore per tappare la cremina. Aunque este no sea el caso, me hizo pensar en el dia en el que evitaba cualquier tipo de cosa dulce...TODO engordaba y era malísimo...recordad que NADA por si solo engorda, si te apetece un trocito de chocolate cometelo, sal con tus amigos a cenar y no te preocupes, la clave esta en el equilibrio. Ni comer una ensalada un dia te va a adelgazar, ni comerte una hamburguesa un dia te engordará, se feliz y ten equilibrio! ❤️ . 🇧🇷 Bom dia!! Hoje acordei toda animada e decidi fazer essas panquecas de aveia, banana e iogurte MUITO gostosas y agora to toda feliz pronta para o dia! Mesmo que esse nao seja o caso, me fez pensar no dia que eu evitava todo tipo de doce, tudo engordava e era muito ruim... lembrem-se que NADA por si só engorda, si vc quer um pedacinho de chocolate coma, saia com seus amigos pra jantar e nao se preocupe, a chave e EQUILIBRIO. Nem comer salada um dia vai te emagrecer nem vai engordar por comer um hamburgao, seja feliz en tenha equilibrio! ❤️ .

Quando si ha voglia di dolce ma non si vuole esagerare, c’è lei, la CIOCCOLATA CALDA 🍫 Per prepararla bastano pochi ingredienti e 5 minuti del vostro tempo: • 150 ml di latte a scelta • 2 cucchiaini rasi di farina o fecola di patate • 1 quadratino di cioccolato fondente • cacao q.b. . . Procedimento: versare il latte in un pentolino, unire la farina e il cacao e miscelare fino a non lasciare grumi. Successivamente, aggiungere il cioccolato fondente e far cuocere fino a quando non si addensa. Dolcificare a piacere e gustare 😋 . . Potete gustarla così oppure guarnirla con quello che volete. Have you ever finished a delicious protein bar and only read the ingredients at the end?😩. . To be honest, if you're happy with the macros (plenty of protein, not too high in calories) you're probably pretty happy all round. . I think the main selling point of protein bars is to provide a tasty snack that can help contribute to your daily protein and also help you keep hunger at bay through the satiating power of protein. . In that case, the protein source really isn't all that important!. . However, if you're goal is to grow muscle as best as possible (protein bars shouldn't be the centre of your strategy) the type of protein does matter. Why?. . Because of an amino acid called leucine. Leucine is the amino acid that helps to stimulate protein synthesis in your muscle. Stimulate protein synthesis frequently enough and you stand to grow your muscles. . High quality proteins tend to be higher in leucine: ✔️Milk protein (whey, casein). ✔️Egg protein. ✔️Beef protein (yeah, you read right). ✔️Soya (but no where near as much as the proteins above). . On the other hand, poor quality proteins tend to be much lower in leucine: ❌Pea protein. ❌Rice protein. ❌Collagen. ❌Gelatin. ❌Glutamine peptides (another name for wheat protein). . 💪If your goal is muscle gain, you should really look for the top proteins as being the main ingredient in your protein bar. Or you could supplement with leucine too. . 🍫If you just want a snack to keep hunger away, the lower quality proteins are fine. . Or just have a fat-free greek yoghurt: much cheaper and lower in calories. . You’d think that the topic of eating healthier foods is a given, but I’m here to remind you of the important! • Look, I know how delicious 🤤 a juicy cheeseburger 🍔 and fries 🍟 washed down with a soda 🥤. We all do. Do I wish I could eat one every day? Hell yeah. But I’ve got goals and I’m assuming you do, too. • Eating a McDonald’s Big Mac with medium fries and a coke will run ya 1090 calories with 44g of fat and a whopping 144g of carbs 😱! Protein, at least by comparison to the other two macros is minimal at 29g. One meal - literally half of a 2,000 calorie diet. Add in a fancy Starbucks coffee ☕️ drink, maybe a candy bar and you’re probably real close to 2000 calories. • This is why it’s so important to choose more optimal to your health and goals. By comparison, you can have 150 cups of raw spinach 🌿 and that would run you 1,035 calories with 163g of carbs with 17.5g fat and 129g of protein. By no means am I advocating you go eat that much spinach! Just merely showing you the value of high volume foods. • By choosing to eat foods that are better for you 🥥🥩🥙, you can eat more, get more nutrients, and stay fuller for longer. That’s always the goal with fat loss! • There’s plenty of ways to be creative in the kitchen 👨‍🍳 and make great tasting meals with healthier ingredients. Don’t really like cooking? #Repost @annamarie.rd ・・・ This pretty much sums up intuitive eating. When I tell people that I work with intuitive eating, they always ask “what’s that?” So I’m explaining it here. Basically, intuitive eating is listening to your body. You let your internal hunger/fullness cues dictate what, when, and how much to eat. There are 10 principles of intuitive eating, but the first and most important is to reject the diet mentality. It’s not a diet and the goal is not weight loss. You may lose weight as a positive side effect, but the goal is to improve the relationship with food and rediscover the enjoyment in eating. In the diet mentality, a cookie is labeled as “bad”. When we want a cookie, biology in our brains wires us to be preoccupied with that cookie until we have it. In intuitive eating, we eat the cookie and move on! My best intuitive eating advice is this: just eat the damn cookie! What’s your best intuitive eating tip?
