Sure, abs are cool… but what about a strong back, or killer glutes!! 🍑 - I’ve been working my ass off over the last few months (and years, really) trying to find the training style that is right for ME. That’s right for MY goals - to be strong, aesthetic and functional - and not someone else’s goals. - I’ve dabbled with powerlifting. With RPT training. With squatting every day. With training 3x per week, and 6x per week. - Yeah - I’ve tried a lot of things. 🤷🏻‍♂️ My training has changed, developed and been perfected over a long time.. 4-5 years at least! And it still is (and always will be), a work in progress. Always learning new things, improving techniques, adjusting variables, etc. - My point is that you aren’t going to find the perfect workout plan on day one. And what works for me - or your favorite #fitspo - is likely not going to be the most optimal for you. This stuff takes time. - The take home message here 👉 is that wherever you are along your fitness journey, embrace the day to day process and enjoy the opportunities to learn, develop and adjust as you go. - Building your best body ever - and looking freaking amazing in a swimsuit… or fully clothed - won’t happen in a day, or a month or a year. But it will happen if you keep working hard. - What is your ONE ☝🏼 body part you want to develop the most? Is it your arms? Your glutes? Your back? For me it’s my back and my quads. Me han preguntado qué cómo puedo obtener proteína sin comer carne. Así de simple! Esto es un ejemplo de lo que como en un día. . Como pueden ver no me falta ni proteína, ni calorías ni calcio. El hierro no lo cuenta en la app pero también está dentro de sus niveles. . Mi desayuno fue tofu revuelto con kale y cebolla, un paquete de tostaditas susalia y un plato de avena. . El almuerzo fue sustituto de carne de soya salteada con tomate y aceite de oliva y una ensalada de quinoa con camote que compré en Costco. . Mi tercera comida fue un licuado de plátano con crema de cacahuate en polvo y dos rebanadas de pan integral con crema de cacahuate. . Y la cena fue una ensalada de garbanzo con brócoli, ejotes, edamame y almendras. . Así que no, no se necesita carne para tener todos los nutrientes necesarios, solo necesitas una buena plantación de tu alimentación y un buen suplemento de vitamina B12 (no es opcional. . Today after a long time, I finally felt no unnecessary pain in my glutes/hammies/Lower back while deadlifting. I started deadlifting a few weeks back after taking months off, sumo deadlift right now, nothing special right now, topped at 145kg x 12 easy reps. And who doesn't bloody love Gin! 🍸👌 Below is 4 of our favourite skinny Gin Cocktails . 1⃣ Gimlet - Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin, lime juice and simple syrup. Stir vigorously with a long cocktail spoon until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference. Garnish with the cucumber wheel or lime wedge and serve immediately. . 2⃣ French 75 - Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an empty glass. Top up with champagne. Garnish with lemon peel. . 3⃣ Sloe Gin - Shake sloe gin and juice of lemon with ice and strain into a collins glass. Add several ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir. Add slices of lemon and orange, and serve with a straw. . 4⃣ Blackberry Collins - Put blackberries in a highball glass, add lime juice, and sugar and muddle. Add ice, then pour in gin and club soda. Stir, garnish with a couple cut blackberries if you’d like, and enjoy. . Enfin rentrée à la maison. Je retrouve minouche mes petites habitudes. Le décalage horaire se fait beaucoup plus ressentir que l’allée à Bali, j’ai encore tellement de photo à vous partagez. Aujourd’hui j’ai pris une grosse décision, ne plus peser mes aliments, adieux la balance.. elle m’a gâcher énormément de chose. Que se soit d’être stressée, contrariée car je ne pouvais pas peser mes aliments, ou que je dépassais mes macro, refuser les restaurants, les sorties, ne pas sortir car j’ai trop déjeuné de calories. Ça m’a gâcher beaucoup de chose malheureusement. Je sais maintenant gérer mon alimentation sans peser et calculer mes macros, manger sainement, à ma faim, en me faisant plaisir. C’est ce que j’ai fais pendant 3 semaines, j’étais beaucoup moins contrarié et mieux. J’ai décidé d’arrêter de peser tant que je ne prépare pas de compétition ( et ce n’ai pas le cas actuellement du moins plus pour le moment)j’ai besoin de faire une pause, de me recentrer sur moi même. Je suis aussi humaine, et pour la première fois de ma vie j’ai arrêté trois semaine le sport pour cause de vacance et la semaine prochaine j’irais quand je le veux sans me forcer, j’ai besoin de prendre du temps pour repartir de plus belle et c’est parfois la meilleure chose. Actuellement -5/6kg poids : 58,3kg - fin de ma PDM : 64kg. Merci à mon coach @coach_leksa d’être là ❤️

Ça a commencé après un énième énorme cheat meal, j'avais pris 2 sandwixh XL à BK, des boules mozza, des nuggets, des frites, du coca et une coupe glacée au chocolat. Je n'arrivais même pas à finir mon premier burger et j'étais énervée car je devais encore manger ma glace mais j'avais beaucoup trop mal au ventre. Mon copain me dit : "Mais tu sais que si tu manges ta glace demain, ça revient au même. Si tu manges tout d'un coup ou réparti dans la semaine, ce n'est pas pareil au niveau assimilation, mais il vaut mieux 3 cookies répartis dans ta semaine plutot que cette orgie" Il faut savoir qu'à cet époque je ne mautorisais rien la semaine. Je me suis quand même levée et j'ai pris ma glace (que je n'ai pas pu finir) mais j'ai réfléchi toute la nuit : je n'étais pas comme ça avant, je ne prenais pas soin de moi, pas de sport, mais j'avais un rapport sain avec la nourriture. J'ai donc décidé de changer. 🔹️Règle numéro 1 : apprendre à s'écouter, si je veux qqchose, je le mange. 🔹️Règle numéro 2 : plus de jour de "cheat meal" Au début c'est dur. Le lendemain, je voulais un muffin, je l'ai pris. Le jour d'après, j'avais envie de 6 ou 7 tartines de pain et de miel. Je me disais que j'allais prendre 10 kilos. J'avoue m'être stoppée quelque fois, mais au final, le corps se regule. Petit à petit, j'ai fait des journées "normales" car je n'avais envie de rien. Et à force, ces orgies de bouffe ont disparues. Je vais en soiree, je mange normalement, je ne mange plus 4 paquets de chips à moi seule. Au fast food, je prends un menu normal. Vous aurez peur de suivre vos envies au debut, vous allez avoir l'impression de cheater constamment mais le corps finit par se réguler, il faut passer par là pour en finir. My first ever ice cream cookie sandwich was eaten in Boston. OH MY DAYS my taste buds lit up like the Vegas strip! - From that moment onwards we made an agreement to meet up every now and again for an evening of enjoyment! You see that’s the beauty of a non restrictive approach more of a restrained approach to your nutrition. It’s an approach which allows you to still enjoy your favourite more indulgent foods, with no feelings of guilt or fear. This delicious hyper palatable indulgence is offering me nothing amazing on the nutrient front, in fact it’s pretty null and void but let’s get real, I’m hardly eating it for that purpose am I? It’s not a cheat food, it’s not dirty, it’s not bad it’s just an ice cream cookie sandwich. A food which I’m eating for pure enjoyment! For most of my life I eat a very nutrient dense diet so I have give my body everything it needs to be healthy and function optimally so in the overall context of my diet  this cookie sandwich is appearing as minority food. Is it going to make me fat and unhealthy? No,not unless I decide to live on nothing else and I end up eating in a consistent calorie surplus. Neither of which I’m intending to do! What I fully intend on doing is eating it and enjoying it (like really enjoying it) ->then my next meal will be veggies and protein you know all the the nutrient dense schniz that makes up the majority of my diet. This is what’s called living a balanced lifestyle no restriction just eating things in the right balance. I’ve had my days of restriction, I’ve had my days of food fear and let me tell you it was a miserable place to be, a life without cookie sandwiches is not a life I want to know! The best mindset hack I can offer is to always keep in mind that it’s what you do the majority of the time not the minority of the time that has the biggest impact on well anything. Eating something you enjoy in moderation is not something you need to fear and does for many increase the ability to be able adhere long-term. - In conclusion if you eat a diet which 80- 90% whole foods then that 10-20% you can (if you want) include and enjoy some of your favourite party foods. - Ps the cookie is warm

Ce l’ho fatta a far la foto prima che venisse buio alla fine 😂🙌🏻 Cena con broccoli 🥦 tempeh marinato nella salsa tamari (era da tanto che non rimangiavo il tempeh e mi ero dimenticata di quanto fosse buono 😍) e per la prima volta ho provato le gallette di grano saraceno che ho tostato e condito con olio extravergine d’oliva ☝🏻Erano buone, soprattutto dopo che le ho tostate perché sono diventate croccanti ma quelle al farro non si battono 😍
