Need help with setting up your diet and routine for your goals? - Following up my earlier post where I showed some of my favorite protein sources, here are two examples of meals that I eat showing how I implement them into my diet. - Meal 1 is 2 whole eggs, 200 grams of egg whites, spinach, tomato, and 6 slices of 40 calorie toast. This is a staple for me and I’ll adjust the egg to egg white ratio depending on how much fat and protein I have available for the day. - Meal 2 is a salmon burger, chili lime chicken burger, two potato buns, and broccoli. After a diabolical last week (Mac book crashed, phone smashed, Canada trip cut short because of nightmare immigration issues...🙄) I figured I would start this Monday morning with a bit of a treat. Well, aside from the saltiness of the salmon it's an all around nutrient powerhouse. Don't be afraid to have a big breakfast. Instead of having a small, sugar filled refined carbohydrate breakfast (this is your sugary cereal, white bread, etc.) which leaves you feeling starving and tired by 10, go for something with a portion of protein, and a good amount of fat. Never be scared of fat as it keeps you full for longer, and slows down absorption of carbohydrates so blood sugars don't skyrocket. Personally I don't buy anything light or fat free for this reason. Keeping blood sugar levels stable is important in consistent energy levels and maintaining a healthy weight. Not to mention, bulking up your breakfast and lightening yo your dinner is the way to go. Naturally your metabolism slows down in the evening so eat bigger earlier. You’d know that it won’t effect progress and you’ll be back on track right after ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍪You can always enjoy food you want, satisfy your cravings and be back killing it with no adverse effects on your end goal ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍪Like stated, once you see that counting your macros and calories properly is a great way for measuring your dietary habits as well as where you can fit in food you want, then you’ll see that it doesn’t make sense to try another fad diet again ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Balance is 🔑. Late night post leg training meal, 1 Large pepperoni pizza with extra grilled chicken and cinnamon bread twists. 🍕🍕🍕🍕 Im currently mini bulking but I want to touch on refeed days for cutting. As a flexible dieter I utilize refeed days, anecdotal evidence states carbohydrates increases leptin levels, which is the hormone that helps us feel satiated. Refeed days kickstart your metabolism and increase energy levels to help you get over any weight loss plateau. From my previous post I do a 4 day calorie cycle where the 1st or last day of this cycle will be mostly carbohydrates and an 18-24 hr fast to reset. Went to giraffe today with the boyf and had a Katsu chicken noodle bowl and oh myyyy 😍 one of the nicest dishes I’ve ever had 🤤 if you ever go, please get this dish it was incredible!!! Chicken in breadcrumbs, noodles and veg❤️

I’m out for dinner tonight with my boyfriend so I chose to have something a little lighter than usual for lunch so I’m nice and hungry for dinner later 🙂 • • -half a can of tuna -2 tbsp sweetcorn -5g lite mayo -2 cherry tomatoes -30g cucumber -half a flat bread, toasted and chopped into squares to make croutons just healthy ones 😉 -handful iceberg lettuce -dollop of cottage cheese which I’m obsessing over at the minute!

Hand up if you loveeee banana bread because I know I sure do 🙋🏼‍♀️ again I’ve baked some more goodies that I’ll be returning to the fridge for at least 6 times today 😂 with this recipe you’re going to want to combine all the wet ingredients and all in the dry ingredients in separate bowls and then combine the ingredients before placing them in a baking dish! 🌸 • • Wet ingredients: -2.5-3 bananas (the browner the peel the better) -2 eggs -3 heaped tbsp of apple sauce -3 heaped tbsp of peanut butter (runny so I heat in microwave for 30 seconds) -80ml almond milk -1/2 tsp vanilla extract • • For the dry ingredients: -80g oats (I use Quaker) -13 tbsp of flour (now to make this gluten free use gluten free flour) -2 tbsp of ground coconut flakes! (Or coconut flour if you have it) -1 tsp cinnamon -1 tsp baking powder • • It’s up to you what baking tray you use, line it with grease proof paper, and place in a preheated over of 180c for 45 minutes (or until a screwer comes out clean) • • I apologise for the fact I used a lot of tbsp measurements in this. I actually used cup measurements, and then deleted it all by accident so I’ve had to find equivalents for you! But they are correct trust me 😃🌸 • • If you cut this into 12 slices there is roughly 160 cals per slice 🍌🍌🍌🍌

Friday is the best night to get a takeaway, and tonight we went with an Indian takeaway which is 100% my favourite takeaway choice!!! But it’s all about staying healthy or at least trying to make your options the healthiest they can be. So all I ordered from the Indian was a chicken tikka stater! Then on the side I prepared myself some chargrilled vegetables in passata and to replace a naan bread I simply used a small wrap! • • -for the chargrilled veg -1/2 pepper -2 medium mushrooms -half an onion -all roasting/grilled for 30 minutes on 180 then added them into a pan, with roughly 6-7 tablespoons of passata and left to simmer for half an hour ! • •

Going though a stage of just eating eggs all the time love them 😂😂😂 • • -1/4 avocado, slices with chilli flakes -1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled in a pan -2 medium mushrooms fried in light fry -1/2 flat bread, with cottage cheese and 1 small slices tomato!! • • -didn’t used to like avocado, but I told myself to try and start enjoying it because it’s a healthy fat, and eventually I started to like it a lot more and now I’m probably what they call addicted! 😛

Ok so I’m literally having the most simplest of lunches today, I opened the fridge to find hardly anything in there!! I’m sure there’s a few reasons as to why you might have followed this page, but if you’re here to maybe lose a little weight, or feel more active then I thought I’d offer a few tips from personal experience!! 🌸my first tip to losing weight is drink loads of water!!! I use to be so naive and believe that when I bloat from drinking water I’m just putting my weight back on, but that was so not the case! Drinking water helps your body in so many ways, it cleanses the body, boosts your metabolism and helps to stop your body retaining water 😊 🌸my next tip is to eat less at dinner! I used to have big portions because I felt like ‘oh it’s the last meal of the day make it a good one’ - but I found after making my dinners slightly smaller, and also not eating anything after dinner I woke up feeling a lot less bloated and a lot lighter. However, don’t limit yourself to never having a pudding or a burger again, treat yourself every now and then, just make sure the next day you’re good ☺️ 🌸my final tip is fill yourself up with veggies! On a plate it helps if you make your potions so 50% of it is veggies! Vegetables are a great way to fill yourself up, but not feel the guilt afterwards 😄 🌸feel free to send me any questions you may have, I hope these 3 tips help! More chocolatey stove oats this morning !!! I’m just heaven when I eat these🤤🤤 • • -boil in a pan -40g oats -300ml almond milk (water works fine) -30g shredded carrot -tsp vanilla extract -once boiling let simmer on medium heat for 3-4 mins then add -10g protein powder (I used @bulkpowders_uk salted bananac caramel) but this is optional! -8 grams cacao powder -half banana mashed -sprinkle of coffee! -let thicken and you’re done! -I added strawberries, blueberries and sugar less chocolate with a sprinkle of granola
