As convincing as 292,600,004 articles on google are, there really isn’t such a thing as a ‘fat loss’ food.⠀ ⠀ All food we digest contains energy, which means all foods contribute to our calorie total for the day ⚡️This isn’t a ‘bad’ thing - it’s how you survive, live your life and have the inclination to read my excessively long Instagram captions.⠀ ⠀ Fat-loss simply occurs when across time, you are eating LESS calories (energy) than you’re using through activity (such as living said life, scrolling down my captions etc.)⠀ ⠀ That being said; at the cost of actually making this tiny square useful beyond ‘lol everything ! ! !’, eating in a calorie deficit with a diet which;⠀ ⠀ 1. is relatively high in protein (to promote mostly fat-loss vs muscle loss.) 2. is fairly micronutrient dense (so you don’t feel shitty and get ill. Cus that’s not conducive for fat-loss.) 3. is still inclusive of lower protein, less filling, less micronutrient dense foods you love. Just in appropriate amounts (so you are still nailing 1 and 2, but within your deficit.) 4. is bloody sensible. Cutting your kcals stupidly low will make standing up feel as exhausting as 4 sets of deadlifts. Let alone having energy to do 4 sets of deadlifts.⠀ ⠀ There’s no universal ‘best’ food for weight loss. It’s too simplistic to say low calorie foods or whole foods are best. #breakfast PANCAKES KINDA MORNING • 🥞🍫🌴🐾 Approvato che a bubi piace qualsiasi cosa vi giuro che per pancake e mirtilli ha proprio un debole. 😂 Stamattina ho voluto provare il preparato di @bpr_nutrition “multigrain cooking mix” al gusti buttermilk, ho leggermente cambiato le dosi rispetto a quelle scritte sulla confezione ..tendenzialmente non uso mai SOLO il preparato o fiocchi aromatizzati ma li miscelo a farine diverse in questo caso riso e cocco. Una volta cotti in padella antiaderente topping con yogurt @alpro al cocco, burro di arachidi e cocco, scagliette di fondente al 90% e cocco rapè!

Ho provato a formare questa cremina al cioccolato squagliando la cioccolata fondente nel microonde, dopo ho aggiunto giusto 15 gr di latte e qualche goccia di dolcificante, il risultato? Crema buonissima! E con l'aggiunta di cocco sopra sembra di mangiare un bounty ma restando a dieta! No protein review today but instead a quick review of these @poptartsus splitz drizzled sugar cookie and frosted brownie batter. Like all poptarts the icing doesn’t cover to the edges and the filling is lacking. The taste on these is great though. The brownie side defo my favourite but they mix quite well together. I thought I might start a useful series over here 🤓 And I even though there’s nutrition info everywhere these days, I keep on being so surprised that a lot of people are still confused about the basics, and that’s why I want to be part of the people who share #nobullshit advice on food and fitness, that’s why I’m bringing you 👉🏽 #fridayFAQs . . Today on the topic PROTEIN POWDER AND BARS, do we need them? Are their necessary? . . First of all, protein powder and snacks are there 👉🏽 ONLY to bring more protein into your daily intake 👈🏽 And this might be useful because a diet higher in protein ✅ Keeps you fuller for longer ✅ Digesting protein creates the biggest thermogenesis that’s why makes you burn more calories throughout the day ✅ Helps to prevent you from losing muscle when in caloric deficit and is therefore beneficial for changing your body composition . That being said, there is no reason protein powders or supplements are superior to “real food” protein sources such as eggs, meat, greek yoghurt or tofu 🤷🏼‍♀️ However you might prefer them when: 💪🏽 You need a convenient source of protein when no food is available (a quick protein shake to supress hunger before the next meal... eg if it takes you an hour to get home from the gym) 💪🏽 To supplement protein in meals there is very little, that is, to make the meal more balanced (adding protein to a bowl of oats) . That’s why, protein snacks and bars are just chocolate bars and sweets with more balanced nutrition and added benefit of protein. That’s why, if you had a small kit kat and 150g of fat free greek yoghurt, the end result is very similar. 🤷🏼‍♀️ . And even though these are convenient and helpful, they are NOT, however: 🤨 Making sure you gain muscle (still focus on your overall intake) 🤨 Will not suddenly make you bulky (just as chicken breast doesn’t) 🤨 Are a magical weighloss solution 🤨 Necessary (you can totally do that just with real food as well) 🤨 Balancing all the other wrong food choices throughout the day (having a protein shake after a workout and then a pizza for dinner) 🤦🏼‍♀️ . E quando da aqueeeeela saudade de uma receita que você já foi viciada?? ⠀ AVEIOCA CROCANTE Ingredientes: Aveia​ (usei farelo) Linhaça (opcional, se eu pudesse, faria sem pq não gosto do sabor kkk) Nutritional Yeast (opcional) Temperos secos Sal rosa Água para cobrir ⠀ ⠀ Modo de fazer: Colocar todos os ingredientes em um recipiente e cobrir com água. Misturar bem e deixar hidratando por pelo menos 5 minutos até virar uma massa grossa. Com o fogo desligado, espalhar em uma frigideira untada até ficar uniforme. Ligar o fogo no mínimo e deixar lá (demora um pouco hahaha) até começar a secar e levantar as bordinhas. Quando estiver beeem seca, você vira para poder dourar o outro lado e ficar crocante. ⠀ Você pode comer com ovo, comer com pasta de amendoim, como aperitivo, com sopa! Fica MARAVILHOSO!
