I’m sure there’s a few reasons as to why you might have followed this page, but if you’re here to maybe lose a little weight, or feel more active then I thought I’d offer a few tips from personal experience!! 🌸my first tip to losing weight is drink loads of water!!! I use to be so naive and believe that when I bloat from drinking water I’m just putting my weight back on, but that was so not the case! Drinking water helps your body in so many ways, it cleanses the body, boosts your metabolism and helps to stop your body retaining water 😊 🌸my next tip is to eat less at dinner! I used to have big portions because I felt like ‘oh it’s the last meal of the day make it a good one’ - but I found after making my dinners slightly smaller, and also not eating anything after dinner I woke up feeling a lot less bloated and a lot lighter. However, don’t limit yourself to never having a pudding or a burger again, treat yourself every now and then, just make sure the next day you’re good ☺️ 🌸my final tip is fill yourself up with veggies! On a plate it helps if you make your potions so 50% of it is veggies! Vegetables are a great way to fill yourself up, but not feel the guilt afterwards 😄 🌸feel free to send me any questions you may have, I hope these 3 tips help!
More chocolatey stove oats this morning !!! I’m just heaven when I eat these🤤🤤 •
-boil in a pan
-300ml almond milk (water works fine) -30g shredded carrot
-tsp vanilla extract
-once boiling let simmer on medium heat for 3-4 mins then add -10g protein powder (I used @bulkpowders_uk salted bananac caramel) but this is optional!
-8 grams cacao powder -half banana mashed
-sprinkle of coffee!
-let thicken and you’re done!
-I added strawberries, blueberries and sugar less chocolate with a sprinkle of granola
