That local life.
This time of year, I prefer to walk across this bridge vs. driving over it. Driving leads to Lido Key, and traffic to and from the key can be especially horrendous "in season," as we call it. Okay, who am I kidding? Traffic all over Sarasota is wayyyyyy more nutzo this time of year, particularly at rush hour. It seems all the snowbirds and all the winter vacationers have FOMO when it comes to the locals' daily commute. Why anyone would CHOOSE to drive at rush hour is beyond me. Now that I work remotely, I avoid those high traffic times like the plague. Orrrrr, I park and walk.
Is there a busy season where you live?
