. Included in the price of the retreat, comes with a personal cbd care package I will be putting together. With your own products for the week we are in Costa Rica. Topicals, tinctures, oils. I am still testing out products which will then ultimately help me make my decision on what will be in the care bundles. They will be DOPE though, no doubt about that. .
.we will be using cbd through our mornings, afternoons and evenings. Cbd tinctures can be added to teas, coffees, elixrs. Obviously in the am we would be using 1/2 doses or 3/4 doses depending on the type of tincture so that it gives us an awakening and ready for the Day mood.
. We will use oils and muscle lotions /gels on our bodies where we are sore or have injuries. Basically, cutting right to the source so our practice is more comfortable and bodies are more open. Edibles are a form of cbd therapy as well.

Cbd is for pain and a stress reliever. It’s the perfect combo to yoga. YES ✅, if we take a full dose at the end of our yoga day, and yoI want to go to sleep easily, then that’s what the cbd will help you do! Just like weed has sativa, indicas/ hybrids. Cbd has doses, mg quality, different blends . At the end of the day, each yogi on the retreat will learn what is good for their bodies and minds & will be a beautiful journey of awareness on how cbd can help us all in different ways.
