I wave the flag for bread because of all that it can contribute to a non-restrictive diet. 🚩 We’re very fortunate that bread production companies have been able to develop and produce wheat-free and gluten-free alternatives so those bacon sandwich or avocado on toast cravings can be satisfied regardless of bread preferences. 🥪🥑________________________________________ We might find that folic acid will be the new addition to wheat flour and bread in the UK. The aim is to meet increased folic acid consumption recommendations in pregnant women. We met the Florida State Bird and are not fans. I've read mixed reports about B12 making you less desirable to mosquitos and I'm willing to try anything. (Well, anything natural.) I've been making sure I take my Super B which is my fav form of B12 with the added benefits of other Bs and folate. Woop! And I totally just ordered a back up of our insect repellent. (No deet, yo! Who wants to shower every time you use bug spray?) I don't wanna run out. . I put our insect repellent in a little spray bottle. I've read it may stain clothes, but I like to live on the wild side and haven't had problems. We've also used it in a roller bottle, but that's not lazy enough for me. 🤣 . What are your thoughts on the whole B12 and mosquito thing? True or false?
