Where do I begin? Vegan European food has quite literally rendered me speechless. 🤤 After a three week hiatus in Europe, I returned to the states just last weekend (hence the lack of posts). Throughout our travels, my beautiful girlfriend and I devoured some damn delicious food. I mean- one cannot visit Europe without checking out the food scene.🍴
So, let this mark post one of our European food adventures. In no particular order, I’m starting off with @ in the beautiful Brighton, UK. The interior of this place is stunning, bright and open. The bar appears as though it’s an alchemy lab with shelves lined with colorful potion bottles. The menu is very wellness-centered (and plant-based), offering probiotic jars, cold pressed juices, wellness shots, superfood smoothies, and ‘farmaceutical’ teas. Drinks aside, they serve some pretty beautiful breakfast comfort classics, like pancakes, eggs benedict and a vegan take on the classic English breakfast.

We ordered (as pictured):
Farmacy Breakfast - potato ‘rosti’ with truffle cream, roasted cherry tomatoes, seasonal greens, marinated Portobello mushroom & sprouted house baked beans served with sourdough toast
Farmacy Benedict - toasted seeded muffin with marinated portobello mushrooms and seasonal greens topped with guacamole & Farmacy hollandaise
House Pancakes - made with buckwheat flour served with seasonal fruits, coconut ‘yoghurt’, caramelized pecans & maple syrup 🥞
The favorites were definitely the eggs benny and pancakes. Out of the 20+ restaurants we visited, this was the most expensive, but definitely worth it, as it made for a chill morning and really cool dining experience.
