Friendly reminder that you don’t have to do 1300 burpees, run a 5k, or do an extra long workout tomorrow to “earn” anything you eat today. 🙅🏻♀️You don’t EVER have to earn your food. If you want to workout, do it. I totally encourage moving your body!! I just don’t believe you need to do anything extra to allow yourself to eat guilt free.. . Eat when you’re hungry, stop when your full, eat what you want, leave what you don’t. It’s one day- 🙋🏻♀️and your mind is much better used thinking about how thankful you are, rather than what your body looks like or what you’re “allowed” to have.. . A body is a beautiful thing, but don’t ever forget that LIVING is why you’re here. And your family loves you for WHO you are, not what you look like. Love big and be thankful.
