433 Calorie Recipe Upgrading your Chicken Meal Prep - Before 👉🏼 After in 20 minutes with this Recipe 💥 —— 👉🏼 Breakdown: 433 Calories | Protein 44 | Carbs 17 Net Carbs 7.9 Fibre 9.7 | Fat 21 —— 👉🏼 Ingredients You will need ~ 3 medium courgettes / zucchini’s ~ 200 grams Medium vine tomatoes ~ 3 Pasture raised / Free range Chicken Breast (aprx 350 grams) ~ 2 medium avocados ~ 1 cup broccoli sprouts ~ Spices : Ginger + Turmeric + Black Pepper + Cumin Seeds —— 👉🏼 Recipe 1. In bowl add chicken and then spices. (Optional marinade here for 20mins with some lemon juice to protect against AGE’s) 2. Preheat Griddle pan to high & preheat oven to 180c 3. Slice then courgettes & grill either side till caramelised. Remove. 4. Add all the chicken breasts to the Griddle pan and leave for 3 Mins before turning over and repeating to other side. (The more you move and touch them the higher chances of them sticking to the pan. We want a crust aka mallard reaction here but not too much as excessive Charring is Not Optimal) 5. Add the pan to the oven and throw in the tomatoes & grilled courgettes. Leave in for 10 Mins until cooked through. 6. Slice up an avocado & wash the broccoli sprouts. 7. Plate up with the Veg first and meat then avocado & sprouts. lunch: this was so hard to eat! not cause I didn’t want it but cause my stomach was so full! it was so good though! I present to you— the beautiful neon orange jackfruit!! 🧡😍❤️ From What I’ve read, apparently this red variety of jackfruit is more often found in areas with less rain in India, and fertile regions of Southeast Asia. It is sweeter and has a more complex flavor than yellow jackfruit that I’ve had (some people have said that it reminds them of durian die to its rich flavor, but without the durian smell + onion/garlic flavor 😂💀) I was so happy to find this beauty! 😍

Quick oats 2 ✌🏻ways! Zapped (yes I have a microwave.) 1/3 c oats + 1/2 c cashew milk on high for 2 min, stirred in a scoop of cashew yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon [repeat for other bowl!]. Topped mine with fresh berries, coconut, pecans and walnuts and my moms with banana, walnuts and a drizzle of honey! Quick oat bowls don’t have to come from a sugary packet 🙃 #alltheverdure

Peri peri spiced lentils for dinner tonight. A perfectly balanced, gut and weight friendly meal in a matter of minutes ! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🌞For those of you who may be struggling with hay fever at the moment, introducing foods which are nourishing for the gut, as well as antioxidants may help in addressing immune function and therefore hay fever symptoms 🤧 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍲How did I make it ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . . 🥥Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan 🥦Stir fry onions, peppers, coriander and spinach in a pan on low heat. 🌶Add in salt, pepper, garlic and chilli while the vegetables are cooking. 🍋Once cooked, add in the lentils, I used @merchantgourmet , peri peri seasoning and lemon. 😋Enjoy ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Kids In The Kitchen // Kids can do so many jobs in the kitchen! We made nut free paleo Peach Pie. 5yo made the crust and pressed it into the pie pan. My 3yo sliced the peaches with a paring knife. She also explored different ways of using the knife, including stabbing the peach. What a great opportunity it created to give her direct instruction on safe knife skills before she tried again. Learning bonus! They felt such pride when the pie came out of the oven. They had an appreciation for hard work yielding sweet rewards. These skills take time to develop. Start your kids off with small tasks like filling water cups, cutting with a paring knife with supervision, whisking batter, cracking eggs. The developmental opportunities are endless!
