Not the best picture of my #breakfast but it was porridge with peanut butter! I’ve got therapy today which I’m looking forward to after having a couple of triggering moments this week - a couple of times what I ate was out of my control (friends who didn’t know about my ed cooked) and it was a bit too much to deal with so thoughts are pretty strong BUT I have been keeping going as best as I can 💪
