I'll be logging my meals here, as long as I remember to take food pics! . Morning: Didn't feel hungry, drank about 12OZ of black coffee. . Lunch: Chicken, steamed broccoli, boil eggs, @farmhouseculture kraut. Topped eggs with @wildbrine Sriracha . . Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, top with tomato sauce (no sugar added) grass feed meat and some parm cheese. (My husband portion size is picture, I make myself smaller portions). . . #foodlog Monday 4.23.2018 📎It was nice to take some time off from food logging because I actually was excited to restart this week 🖇Yardwork, housework, and general #wifelife stuff has kept me very busy...and I’ve also enjoyed not being so focused on food and planning workouts. 📌I’ve been following @crossfitlinchpin with @5reek5 and getting my workout done in an hour or less each day so I can focus on other things as well 📈Intermittent fasting has been going really well. 📉I am definitely eating less but I also am more intentional about what I am eating. I did feel quite hungry today before I started my eating window around 12:00 pm. 😍The best part is that @5reek5 is intermittent fasting with me now! 👉Tomorrow I will try to workout fasted, we will see how that goes since it’s been a little while since I did that. #intermittentfasting
