Egg shakshuka for lunch.......😋😋😋 and I prepared it in Indian style with lots of spices😉😉
Eggs always comes first in mind for any quick recipes like breakfast or lunching or snacking wat ever....😄 and this is such a quick dish and can have with rice or pulkas or just like snack😃😃 and it's very simple to prepare...😀. Heat oil in a wide pan temper it with cumin , finely chopped ginger,lots of garlic and green chilli fry them and add finely chopped onions (around 3 to 4 big onions for 4 eggs) now add lots of curry leaves and fry them for a min or till onions become soft now add finely chopped tomatos ( 3 big ones) and fry them until tomatos become soft and mushy and if needed we can add finely chopped capsicum ( just optional) and it's time to add spices add salt , turmaric, chillipowder, corriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala (optional) mix well .
Now make some space in the pan and carefully drop each egg and just sprinkle some pepper (its optional but i sprinkled some pepper just on the eggs )and just a pinch of salt (optional just verry little on the egg mixture)from top. close the lid let it sit for 10 to 15 min on sim add some fresh corriander leaves and it's done...... can have it as a side dish or with rice or with pulkas or as a snack 😊😊😊 #lovecooking #homemade #homecooking #homemadefood
