⠀⠀ Hämtade ut mitt guld-paket från Refitness (dragremmarna var tillfälligt slut men kommer snart) när jag ändå var iväg och handlade mat inför kommande vecka. När jag kom hem så skickade jag in första veckans resultat -vägde och mätte mig när jag vaknade ☺️ Det blev knappt någon träning alls denna vecka förutom promenader och lite hemmaträning med gummiband eftersom jag var bortrest tills i fredagskväll, och gårdagen bjöd äntligen på första träningspasset på gymmet. Sååå skönt! Jag är nöjd med första veckan och jag väldigt taggad inför nästa veckas träningspass 💪🏼😃⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Resultat i cm vecka 1: ⠀⠀ -13cm på kroppen varav -3.5cm över naveln.

The majority (really all but 1 person😛) wanted the recipe... so here it is: DELICIOUS APPLE CINNAMON CAKE 🍰🍎🍰🍎🍰 _________________________________ 1 cup (210g) thinly sliced red apple. 1 ¾ cups (210g) spelt or whole wheat flour 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly 1 large egg, room temperature 1 tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract ½ cup (120g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt ½ cup (120mL) pure maple syrup 6 tbsp (90mL) nonfat milk (almond milk etc works too) ⬇️ Preheat the oven to 350°F, and lightly coat a 9”-round springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the apple slices in a microwave-safe bowl, and cover the top with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds. Carefully remove the plastic wrap, and set aside.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix in the Greek yogurt, stirring until no large lumps remain. Stir in the maple syrup. Alternate between adding the flour mixture and milk. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Arrange the apple slices. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes. Place the cake pan onto a wire rack, and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing the sides of the pan. Let the cake cool completely before serving. The question comes down to how badly do you want abs? 6 pack is the number one part of the body everyone want to have however not many people spend enough time developing it. The truth is abs require a lot of work. Not just in the kitchen but in the gym as well. If you really want abs then you gotta train them every time you hit the gym. Not for just a few sets but for minimum of 10 to 15 min. . Here’s a simple ab routine you can start doing today. Do these exercies back to back with no rest between for 3 sets. . Laying leg raises + crunches + side twists + front plank then rest for 1 min and continue for 3 rounds. Your abs should be burning after the 3rd round. .
