SUPER excited about my new forearm/grip strength trainer! Along with my passion for yoga, I'm also interested in doing pull-ups, going to the gym, going bouldering, and just getting strong enough to maneuver my bodyweight around in general. And I know it's in the (lack of) strength in my forearms/wrists/grip that holds me back. So yeah that's what I got this haha.
Self-stretching is a great way to keep that great feeling you get after a Bodywork session moving forward.
Stretch out those forearms daily and reduce and/or prevent elbow, wrist, and hand pain. ✋🤛💪
