I eat SO MUCH food in a day, now!!! 😲
When I get to work, people look at me like I'm crazy and make jokes about me preparing for the Apocalypse. Lol. I have to carry a tower of food to the fridge every day...
But for realz, the crazy thing is that EATING MORE helps me LOSE MORE!!! If I'm eating the right stuff, I have to challenge myself to eat everything I make. We are always told that if we eat less calories, we will lose weight. ****NOT TRUE**** I used to try to count every little calorie, but I would be eating frozen pizzas, Mac and cheese, and MORE cheese. Lol. I was eating about 1,000 calories a day, and dancing and working out A TON. I now eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day, but it's from foods that make me feel GOOD! It's from foods that keep me from getting sick all the time. It's from foods that look like they are off of a foodie magazine cover! It's from foods that truly satisfy me.
I started not even wanting cheat meals very much, because I feel SO AWESOME from the food I am eating. 🧠🤯 My brain is slowly but surely making the link between healthy foods and my emotions/how I feel, and that is shown through my cravings progress.
