laila is a 58 year-old-woman mother of 3 girls and one man .
laila complained from several issues in her body,
cervical spondylosis(neck pain) always using the neck supporter for that,
otheoarthiritis(specially in lower back and knees) never could reach the floor or move by herself because of that,
also complained from arthiritis in both hands.
i started with laila 7 months ago, she was 85 kilos back then.
we followed a restricted diet and training system (first she trained 2 times a week for a month learning how to move in right way and use her muscles , then we started the functional training in crossfit) now she is 73 kilos, her issues started to be way less than before, her movement improved alot.
we will continue what we do till she is perfectly healthy , i wanna say that am really proud of her amazing effort, and the results she reached .P.S: laila was a living example for what i want to teach people around, that training bu anyway must be part of our daily routine to stay healthy , it doesn't matter what age, weight,shape you are but it matters to start it's never too late.
sports is a life style to be healthy and sain , it's a way to improve yourself and your manners , not a way for showing off or things like that
