as promised, i’m sharing my #goals for this new month with you here! not only to show YOU what i am working on BUT also to keep MYSELF accountable and motivated to do my best to achieve them! K, here we go:
▷ FOCUS. i just realized how fast i loose sight of the things i originally set my mind to, as soon as life gets busy. so i‘m #workingonthat to perform best in all aspects of this crazy life! being way more organized will be a priority therefore!
▶ POSITIVE MINDSET. no negative self-talk, do not let effect other people’s sh*t your vibe, DO YOU & stop doubting your worth. working on that and i‘m sure there’s NOTHING holding me back from becoming the person i always wanted to be!!
▷ REST & REGENERATION. allowing my body to rest whenever it needs will be a priority this month. been feeling like my body is tired and there’s not enough energy to go go go anymore and pushing myself when i actually can’t does not make me feel anything but unmotivated and wanting to quit... and that’s just NOT gonns happen!
▶ YOGA/ MEDITATION. doing yoga at least twice every week and meditating for 10 min. before bed every night will decrease my stress level after a long and busy day and therefore improve my sleeping rhythm. unfortunately my space(es) are a MESS at the moment due to ‚moving‘ which isn’t perfect to practice but i‘ll make it work anyways! & can’t wait to set up my future- space in my new place very soon!
▷ PATIENCE. not only when it comes to progress but my whole life. i noticed how quick & easy i switch from calm and happy to angry and frustrated sometimes so i decided i def need to practice patience more and let go of things i‘m not able to change.
▶ EDUCATION. learning about things that are new is not only necessary but so much FUN to me! unfortunately there wasn’t too much spare time to do lately, so I’m trying to get back at it this month. ▷ last but not least... my ‚little bench marks‘ i‘m practicing in my everyday life:
🌱 clean, simple foods 90% of the time
💪🏼 move that bod daily/ breaking a sweat every day of the week
