So, I'm going to take a break from posting for a bit, or at the very least, about all things health. Frankly, I'm not in a good place lately (both physically and mentally), and a lot of that is coming from being *too* obsessed with my health, being super strict about my protocols, and trying to observe my every symptom. It's making me miserable, anxious, and in a lot of pain tbh.
As a result, my body is screaming at me to slow down through physical symptoms and to stop doing one flush or detox protocol after the other. I won't go into details because they're gross, even for me lol.
I'm also getting sick of the conflicting information floating everywhere. One person says this works, another disputes it and says try this instead, but then someone else comes along and refutes that. And the funny thing is is everyone thinks they're 100% right.
The only thing I can say with 100% certainty is that everyone is different when it comes to health so nothing is guaranteed to work for you just because it has for someone else.
Anyway, I'm taking some time off from treating my body like a guinea pig, science experiment and will just be going back to the basics until I heal: yoga, meditation, getting enough sleep, taking my regular supplements, and reducing my stress as much as possible ✌
