Day 24 of the garlicgingerchallenge🏋🏽♂️
Im gonna state the benefits I have felt since im drinking pieces of ginger and garlic on a empty stomach every morning for the past 24 days.
1. I have alot more power in my lifts. In other words its like my performance is enhanced when training!
2. My skin is in way better condition.(acne)
3. I don’t get dizzy as often. Today im dizzy Again but normally I would get dizzy every 2 to3 days.
4. The ammount of days me being sick has dropped alot! When I normally get sick it takes like 1 week minimum to recupe a little bit.
4,5. Im also half sick most of the year, for me that means a snotty nose the whole year. My nose is dry now😁
5. Normally I get slow around 1-3 Pm, this has changed alot also im not as tired around that time anymore.
6. For people that have problems with this I can defenitly feel that your body gets a testosterone boost!

Take a small piece of ginger and garlic cut it into pieces(very important for the enzyms to get active). After that drink them away with water like an aspirin. Its also very important to do it on an empty stomache!
To deal with the garlic smell in your hands when cutting it up and get a natural deodorant use natural appel cider vinegar!
Appelcider vinegar makes the smell go away plus if you drink a little bit evryday, it will also help you belly fat! A win win situation don’t you think? -
