THE LEFT IS THE BEFORE PIC! I see a lot of you people posting your #gains photos and so forth and to me it can often be hard to digest and stay positive. I am an ectomorph and struggle to obtain the physique I would see as ideal for me. The left was literally taken 2 week before the right. I do not hold weight easily, I am pretty hardcore at the gym, and the slightest change will make me lose all the work in the gym in a matter of days. It’s upsetting to me and it can often hurt my spirit. I know I am not alone, thus I deem it important to speak up about body positive image in the hopes I can one day find it in myself.
For me, I am constantly looking for opportunities in which I can thrive, work hard at self acceptance, and continually move forward in any way I possibly can. We all need to Keep breaking barriers, accept who we are, and constantly aim to improve. If I had let the negativity from myself and others hold me back I’d still be homeless, hopping couch to couch, unable to do the things my family and Teachers (special ed and regular) told me I couldn’t do, and in in an abusive relationship. I am thankful today to know I have potential. I can only hope that one day I will be able to teach this to others and see my own potential grow to capacity. I want to soar! And I want to do it with all of you 😘♥️
