Did anyone else realise guys boxers were really comfy to just wear around the house and stuff? Me neither 🤷‍♀️ . Anyway so today I’ve been home sick and even though I had quite a productive day, I could feel my mood slipping at points. And it made me think of different ways which I kinda either keep myself positive or try and get out of a low mood. And I thought I’d share a few with you guy. . 🌺 Reading. At the moment I’m reading The Anxiety Solution by Chloe Brotheridge which I’m loving. 🌺 Putting headphones in a blasting music. Depending on exactly how I’m feeling will decide the genre of music but I loveee piano music. Ludovico Einaudi’s Islands album is a favourite 🎹 🌺Finishing outstanding work. This may sound a weird one but if there’s some work that needs finishing or submitting that isn’t going to take me hours and hours then completing it kinda uplifts me. 🌺Tidying my room. I hate doing it but love a tidy room. I find it occupies my mind and after it’s done I can relax a lot better and I feel like I’ve done something. 🌺Watching a TV series. This is a weird one for me because depending on where my mood is will decide whether it works or not. I find my mind can wonder quite a bit when watching tv. But saying that it can help a lot so. I’ve just finished “the Haunting of Hill House” which was amazing but not for the faint hearted. . Obviously this is not a exhausted list, and sometimes these might not work at all. But working out does work can sometimes be the key to preventing a low mood for me. I hope this helps.♥️ . Three of my favourite body weight glute and quad exercises. It’s no secret that I LOVE training legs, I will train legs twice a week at a minimum. The hardest part of acceptance is allowing the process of pain. My default has always been to resist it or fight it in some way. I'm learning to allow the tears. Today I am intentionally focusing on gratitude for the brief presence in my life and it's impact. It hurts now only because it was so good for a moment. I'd not trade one for the other. Still this feeling of missing someone today really sucks....and it sucks to admit it. Part of accepting is knowing that's its okay, for it to suck right now. I don't have to FIX that feeling. Only allow it to move through me. I can feel sad and have rough days...allowing those feelings and being vulnerable doesn't make me weaker...it only reinforces my strength. Im not going to hide or deny it left a void in my heart. Or that the presence in my life was important. It was. And I feel the loss. I can't change anything or alter the outcome, so I accept it, and accept the process and all the experience that it is. I lay down my ego. And my pride. I miss someone profoundly today...but I'm smiling through the tears. Heute waren es 2:22 h Training. 20 min laufen 20 min. dehnen 100 min. Krafttraining Es wird langsam mit der Performance. Ich habe mir auch eine Gewichtsweste zugelegt damit ich mein Körpergewicht erhöhe und neue Reitze setzen kann. Dazu kommt noch ein Diät die mir Wonder Woman empfohlen hat. Unter 1900 kcal um zu definieren. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger everyday, I have so much energy none of them cba days :).. god I was doing all this eating thing wrong, I was having a meal and being starving till my next one, then going to the gym still hungry. No wonder my body used to always give up on me.
