So, December was a bad month for me, stopped training late November, and I’ve only been back about a week and a bit. -
My diet? Non existent or the see food and eat it diet,
Training very little, if at all.
But, getting back on, food it getting back on point (it’s Christmas after all and you point me a totally clean Christmas eater, dare ya :p not even the mighty @ goes total clean, yeah we remember the 10k challenge dude :p ). This is me, after back and biceps, new routine new goals, and one thing I’ve learned from others? You can’t lose what took months and years to build in a few weeks! Just snap out of it and continue!
It’s Christmas soon! Enjoy the markets! Especially the Yorkshire pudding wraps! Omg, enjoy the food, don’t restrict your self to much this time of year :) !
