On our last snorkel session, Tim and I were hanging with a turtle and nearby we saw what we thought was a jellyfish swimming towards us... I freaked out and started to swim away and then we noticed the turtle swam over and tried to eat it and then lost interest. Curious, Tim swam up to it and we soon realised it was plastic of some kind. To see this happen with our own eyes was devastating. The impact we make on our environment is catastrophic. This just emphasised to me why we all need to make a more conscious effort to use less plastic in our day to day life. Even little changes can make a huge difference...buy reusable bottles, straws, shopping bags 👌💗🐢 together we can make a difference!
