Wondering why you’re not seeing results. Some of the most common problems I see on a daily basis are; -not making a change to either diet or training. If something isn’t working for you then you need to change it. - clients often eat too little for muscle gain or too much for fat loss. Getting this right is a science and it’s ok to ask for help. -taking fat burners and protein shakes and eating 4 meals a day, then only training for 20minutes twice a week isn’t enough to see a change. - your trying your friends plan but she’s been a size 8 her whole life and you find that you yo-yo between a 12 and 14. You have different bodies, you need different plans. -you have your good days but then you slip up and let one chocolate biscuit become a complete packet and a bottle of cola. - Your friends and family aren’t supporting your change, they love you as you are and don’t want you to change, so they keep ordering your favourite take away and there’s always a reason to celebrate with a cocktail or 4. Explain to them that you’re not going to change who you are, where you came from or those you love but that your health needs a change and they need to support you.
