Absolutely LOVING my new plan from my pt @samsays_pt 🖤 I had been so stuck in a rut of just turning up to the gym with no plan of what I was going to do and just winging it! I wish you all a wonderful day 🌺🌺🌺 - We all seek for the 'V' Type shape and the truth about that is you have to slim down your waist but also widen your back and for that the lats pull down is a great exercise to help you reach that, what's even better is the Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown it actives more your lats, here how to perform it - - 1⃣Sit down on a pull-down machine with a wide bar attached to the top pulley. Make sure that you adjust the knee pad of the machine to fit your height. These pads will prevent your body from being raised by the resistance attached to the bar 2⃣Grab the bar with the palms facing forward using the prescribed grip. Note on grips: For a wide grip, your hands need to be spaced out at a distance wider than shoulder width. For a medium grip, your hands need to be spaced out at a distance equal to your shoulder width and for a close grip at a distance smaller than your shoulder width 3⃣As you have both arms extended in front of you holding the bar at the chosen grip width, bring your torso back around 30 degrees or so while creating a curvature on your lower back and sticking your chest out. This is your starting position 4⃣As you breathe out, bring the bar down until it touches your upper chest by drawing the shoulders and the upper arms down and back 5⃣After a second at the contracted position squeezing your shoulder blades together, slowly raise the bar back to the starting position when your arms are fully extended and the lats are fully stretched. Un post qui me tient à cœur ☺️, un aperçu en image de façon brève sur 4 années 2015-2018. . ▪️2014 : 48 kg no sport, une alimentation non équilibrée. Suite à une rupture amoureuse douloureuse j’ai perdu du poids rapidement sans faire de sport (appétit coupé). ▪️Mi 2014, début de la course 🏃🏽‍♀️ ▪️2015 : poids 43 kg ▪️2016 : poids 38 kg (période d’anorexie, tca…), les photos peuvent être un peu choquantes… ▪️2017 : reprise en main 41 kg ▪️2018 : 47 kg, début musculation . I didn't quit. Was it worth it? Yes, absolutely! This is the biggest, most time-consuming project I've ever worked on & I'm proud, because I did it all on my own. I'm curious about what will happen in the future 😸

My favourite muscle group to train -> Shoulders😍 I didn't train them in the first 6 months I started to workout. Actually I didn't know that you could train them & that they are a "thing" 😂 Months later I saw that others made shoulder presses, front & side raises & I wanted to do that, too. I got to know that these exercises target the shoulders & I incooperated them into my upper body workout routine. Although I started to train them 6 months later than the rest (back, arms etc), they grew enourmously fast! They caught up & grew better than my biceps for example. That's why I LOOOOVE training shoulders & I don't want to miss it! 😍💕

Listen to your body when it tells when it’s time to stop. This workout started off really good but didn’t end well. Spent about 15 minutes sitting in the locker room to get my heart rate down. Almost done with the second month of the 30 day challenge with @mindysttnprty and have felt some major differences.

So sore from yesterday’s leg day but so glad to be getting back into it. A little red but my Mondayworkout consisted of some cardio and light abs for @mindysttnprty 30 day challenge.

First leg day done in almost 10 weeks since I broke my right foot. Definitely a lot weaker but I got it done and I’ll get back to where I was. Took almost 20 minutes for my face to not be red anymore lol

With all that stress that comes along with finals approaching, I’m glad I have @mindysttnprty 30 day challenge to keep me focusing on my mental and physical health.
