Life update➡️Started my new job today🤟🏼 I had the interview yesterday, got the call an hour later that I got the job, and I started today🤗So extremely grateful and blessed to be working with kids again and making a true impact on their lives🙌🏼 Prep update➡️Weight is going down, energy still low, but grinding is going up. Coach told me I have to dig deep these next 5.5 weeks, so we gonna dig baby😜Life is good, and for once I’m extremely happy with my future and the career path that I chose📚
To me beauty is being comfortable in your own skin and loving yourself fully. It’s not “instagram” or “not instagram”. It’s STILL YOUR BODY NO MATTER HOW ITS POSITIONED. Remember that and love the way you look, and share your body the way you want it to be shared. 💓 #imfitlikeagirl

Those closest to me know I've always struggled with anxiety and feelings of low self esteem. Getting back into the gym on a consistent basis has tremendously helped calm my anxiety and give me a little confidence boost when I need it most. 💜
It's not about the physical changes (although they help)- it's about mental and emotional strength, happiness, and most importantly self love ❤️
I'm not afraid to be vulnerable because it's a necessary step in the growth process. Regardless of how things appear on social media, we all have insecurities, fears, and internal struggles that we think no one would understand or has experienced. We've all been there (self included). It's ok to reach out, it's ok to be vulnerable, it's ok to do what you need to be the best version of you 😊
Also shout out to Crunch Fitness in Reynoldsburg because they have a daycare and make it possible for moms to be moms and still take care of themselves 😘
Bench 5RM at 135lbs 🤩🙌🏻 ha the arm quivers for those last two reps. I was working for ‘em! May 2017 I hit 135lbs for 1 rep for the first time - so cool it’s now my 5RM! 😱 for reference, BW ~130lbs. #whyiarch#bigwheels

Something I’m curious about is glute/muscle activation. I did some glute kickbacks & fire hydrants (idk real name) and bosu ball glute bridges unweighted before I started. But im curious the benefits or if glute activation is a real thing. I will do my own research... but let me know your thoughts!! 🧐
