Holiday madness feels like it’s in full swing. Sugar, alcohol, gluten, too much caffeine, overworking, the pressures of gift giving, etc. have been showing up on my face. While I’m not “overdoing” it, these things are ultimately huge inflammatory inputs.
It’s hard to not indulge in the holiday temptations. Realizing this time of year isn’t exactly supportive of our health, our stress levels, financial well-being, & overall self control isn’t necessarily festive.
If you need to reset your digestive system, say no to a party and rest, drink less, avoid the pressures, pay attention to these needs.
Take a moment to eat a healthy meal, make time for a face mask, get a solid night’s sleep.
Don’t forget to take good care of yourself!
