There are seven primary energy centers in your body, called Chakras. The state of each chakra reflects the health of a particular area of your body. It also reflects your psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being. Chakras form a complex network of energy channels, and could be causing anything in our lives from aches, pains, diseases, emotional distress, blockages in creativity & sexuality or even financial limitations.
When activated & balanced, they enable you to move towards a state of radiant health and of embodied connection to the world around you – a state of harmony and wellbeing!
In this workshop you will discover how to activate your chakras by using postures, Pranayama(breath Control), Meditation, Mantras and Yoga nidra (Deep Relaxation)
Includes: -Introduction to Chakras -Learn about the meaning of each chakra and how they relate to your health and wellbeing. -Asanas to activate chakras -mantras, color coressponding to each chakra -Chakra Meditation to activate your energies -Yoga Nidra

About Facilitator: Prachi is a Hatha yoga teacher, Metafit coach, nutritional therapist, hypnotherapist, healer, mum of two & an advocate for natural living.She has been teaching yoga since 2008. She considers it a privilege to share what she has learnt over the years. She endeavors to assist her clients through their yoga & wellness journey, whether they experience yoga as a physical workout, a way to relax, a method of recovery from a condition/injury or a spiritual journey.
