Skip the diet and eat just healthy, your body will thank you with energy, happiness and results ! ⚡ The summer holiday season has nearly ended and I already hear complaints about the gained weight and lack of determination to take a fresh start of the routine in the gym! ✨No need for that , just get started chasing a new goal ! But most of all clean up your fridge and cupboards and get rid of all the superfluous and prepared meals , the white sugar itself and if you have the guts 😁 your sweets, fatty salties and chocolate stores too ! Start reading books about healthy eating and be your own coach and nutritionist, stop fooling yourself and stop counting calories but choose wisely for nutricious basic food and produce your own healthy snacks and treats 😋 Boost up your metabolism ! Be creative and change common recipes into delicious versions containing a variety of substantial ingredients. But most of all , stop being an ignorant sugar addict , sugar is the worstest hidden villain 😈 in almost every prepared , plastic wrapped , tempting beverage or food product. It keeps us addicted and graving for even more with the risk of becoming a diabetic type 2 -patient ! 👆Ten years ago my overweight was huge at 26 kilos and it toke me one whole year to change my attitude and to loose 10 kg and another 7 years to get rid of the rest !
