I know iv been skipping a few weeks of posting videos, but i only want to put up stuff that i think adds value. Sooooooooo many people message me about diets, dieting, products, etc and to be quite honest i get lost sometimes in some of the stuff talked about and used.
I do suppliment my diet, through convience, and if anyone wants too know what i use then iv no problem sharing that...BUT my main source of nutrtional intake is in this list, dont listen to the bullshit sales pitch, dont worry about how quick you can lose something or, look like this in (xxxxx) days.
Food and food education is about understanding that you NEED PROTEIN, FATS AND CARBS. a Juice, pill or magic smoothie isnt going to magically make you your ideal weight over night!! THEE ABSOLUTE secret is being CONSISTANT, BURN MORE THAN YOU CONSUME...Suppliment IF neccessary, NOT OUT OF neccessity and youll find something that is long lasting, convienent and actually cheaper in the long run
