She’s probably trying to tell you something 💯
It’s ok to put your health first. Be present in your own body, don’t ignore signs and symptoms of problems.
I find it hard to do what my body is telling me it needs instead of doing what I want to do.
I’m currently in a cycle, where my hormones are way out of whack. This puts stress on my body, along with a bunch of not fun symptoms which for the most part I ignored or didn’t even notice. The stress then effects my mental health and my body; making the imbalance worse, thus causing more stress/strain on my body and mind.
Which came first, the hormone imbalance or the stressed body and mind? 🤯
I’ll probably never know, because I’ve been this way for a long time getting progressively worse to a point where I had to take notice.
