Whoop whoop, I did it!!! I replicated the recipe (& put my own little spin on it💃🏼) not as pretty of a color as the one I bought but just as delicious!
Recipe: coconut milk, @ unflavored collagen peptides, 1/4-1/2tsp @ spirulina sourced from India, vanilla extract, cinnamon, 1tsp coconut oil, some liquid vitamin d (optional), an anise star, and a little honey.
It’s so tasty and so comforting when served warm it’s like sweet vanilla milk, you can hardly taste the spirulina- which is good for us who don’t love the taste. This is my new digestive/detox support!
Also an important side note- be very careful about where your spirulina is sourced from, as ones harvested in Japan could be grown in waters that are still facing the effects of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011. The spirulina harvested in these waters contain harmful amounts of metals and is dangerous to consume‼️ Feel free to look into this more but I’m just here to pass on the news- trying to keep everyone HAPPY & HEALTHY⭐️
