Asked for some headspace, and found it. This morning, I went for a run to check a route here. I only ran the first part of it, but I want to do another 21km next week. I am going to run the Hyundai half marathon at the end of August in the Netherlands and I really want to run the distance once more before heading home. It's super humid here in Santa Teresa and even in the mornings, incredibly hot. I feel like the running conditions back home (in the Netherlands) will be tons easier, yet I'm running my best times ever here so far. Excited to see in what time I can run half a marathon right now. The first time I did it was in Puerto Viejo about 2 or 3 months ago. Ran it in 1 hour and 42 minutes back then. My goal right now is just to improve that. That would be awesome.
