Русский текст ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Kobe Beef Restaurant Part 2. Everything but...the meat. Yet. I truly regret not writing down all the names and details of the meal. This set of photos and videos shows everything but the meat. Appetizer (raw yellow fin tuna), I ate mine and my husband’s who, lucky for me, doesn’t eat seafood. Pumpkin soup (my husband ate his and mine as, lucky for him, I don’t like pumpkin soup). The most amazing item I ever tried in my life was the cactus in some jelly. The restaurant staff showed the actual cactus that they grow . My husband and I were both a bit iffy on eating it but tried anyway. Tastes great, very refreshing, just like a very juicy green apple. Part of my lunch set was mushrooms steamed in a bag. Very interesting to watch the chef to cook the mushrooms in this bag. The salad has 10 different vegetables that come from the same Hyogo province where Kobe beef is from. And grilled vegetables of course. Simple. Easy. Delicious.
