It's a big thing
But it's also absolutely essential
To heal and to grow.
We may have been badly hurt by people. Damaged. And mentally, that destructs us
Because we hold on to the pain of the past and instil the fear in to the future
We assume that the past will come back around, because it's all we've known
And then it stops us from going after what we want - out of fear.
Because that protective side to us, that ego, is not wanting to feel hurt again!
So it resists...
It latches on to the past
And we create stories around that pain
It doesn't even necessarily have to be direct intentional pain from other people
But even just their conditioning that from being around those people have projected in to us
I feel like I'm speaking from a book here lol but it's just how I perceive it
Holding on to past fear and terror, that may or may not have come from this lifetime, or necessarily something you can pin point, rules the show of your life, all the while you have it playing in the background of your mind.
It's like the projectors in a cinema , they are projecting the screen from behind. But we are the eyes in the middle seeing in to the future.
The stories in our mind play out all around us! If we don't let them go
And forgive those past pains...
Witness them and look at them, so that they can die, they'll carry on ruling the show!
But the NEW can take their place...
Honour yourself and all that you've experienced, an give compassion to yourself too. This pain is your SUPER POWER.💪🏼
Without it you wouldn't be able to connect with other people who go through things. You wouldn't be able to understand their pain points, too
Know that the universe is beautiful and only wants the best for you
See that you only want the best for yourself! And the rest of the world, all those you love.
Love honestly truely is the word. Because that's just what we are ❤️
So shed light on those fears, that pain, the truth, the inner battles, and watch them, as they transform into the biggest breakthroughs of your life.
Believe me I know it isn't easy. But trust me it's worth it to try.
