One of the things I love about stirfry is that I can open up the fridge and use up random produce and other ingredients that might have otherwise expired. It's a perfect dish to throw a bunch of food together and actually have it turn out tasty and nutritious. So if you don't want to put a lot of thought into your dinner or you need to use up some items in your fridge, then give this a try!
I usually load up on garlic and ginger root, two very flavorful and immune boosting ingredients. In this case I also used a homemade peanut sauce, and tried the whole grain ramen noodles from @ that have virtually no sodium (1/2 cup only). Cooking this is not rocket science guys. Throw some veggies and protein in a wok, flavor accordingly, and stir it up for 10 minutes or so. Combine with your favorite complex carb and garnishes, and there you have it!
It's fast, easy, balanced, delicious, and you can make large quantities at a time. Plus it's a nice warm meal option for the winter time if you're sick of soup. So give it a try, and don't be afraid to experiment while cooking! Unlike baking, cooking is not a precise science and allows for creativity and versatility. Enjoy!
