I've been thinking a lot recently about simplicity. We have built up such a complex world, a world full of things to make us happy. There are thousands of items on the shelves when you walk into any store. And when we turn on the TV/ Netflix, what have you, I am sure I am not the only one who has no idea what to watch! We are inundated with choices, but is it really making us happier?
I find that I find happiness in the simplest of things. Such as cycling along this path through one of the parks in Malmö, or fika with friends, going to crossfit, spending time with those I hold dear, or getting cozy and reading a book. Life is truly simple, but we have a horrid tendency of making it overly complicated. Care for the planet and all living things which we share it with, and we will find happiness. "Nature is pleased with simplicity." -Sir Isaac Newton
