I think we only had about 5 whole days of Fall this year. 🍂🍁While this makes me really sad because Fall is my favorite season, I am also grateful for the extended summer we had. ☀️
Winter appears to be here and as someone who loves living somewhere with four seasons, winter can be depressing. ❄️
As someone who has suffered with seasonal depression in the past, it is important for me to do all I can to avoid it. -
While taking Vitamin D helps to get that dose of sunlight, I have noticed that ever since I started working with Beachbody, I have been a much happier person and the weather does not affect me as much anymore. -
Coaching has filled my cup up to the brim. The workouts give me the endorphins I need throughout the day, Shakeology has been a game changer for me, Energizer is my coffee, and my team makes me SO FREAKING HAPPY!
We read books called personal development that helps shift our mindset, reduce anxiety and BE BETTER. -
I can't imagine how I would feel if I didn't have the Beachbody community. I am thankful for taking my health into my own hands, and everything else in life benefitting from it.
