The feeling you get when you realize that you just completed phase 1 of your program and started phase 2 today! 🎉
I love that phase 2 is a whole new set of workouts, which target different parts of your body in different ways! Its all about pushing ourselves to the next level! 💪🏼 Phase 1 seemed to give us a sense of the program, where phase 2 we get more compound movements, working more muscles. The more muscles we burn the more calories we burn! 🔥😈
Although my body may not look amazing, I am feeling stronger and healthier everyday! I am noticing differences not only on the scale but also in my actual but arms and stomach. By making the small change to decide to focus on my nutrition and exercise each day I have already brought myself so much more happiness 🤗
