“Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.” -@oprah 💪 As y’all might know, I’ve taken a good three months off of routine fitness. I’ve hidden from the gym, I completely stopped running this month, and I only sweat on my long walks after work. 🙈 But now that I’m ready to get back into my groove, it feels like I’m always taking one step forward and two steps back. 😩 I struggle to lift my old weights, to keep up at my old pace, and really just to find the energy to get moving again. ☹️ So every time I feel this way, I try to remind myself that each workout (no matter how powerful or puny) is a stepping stone to get me back to where I once was. 💪 And if #thestruggleisreal for y’all too, keep your head up, keep grinding, and know that you’ll get there in no time!
