From the archives. Still no time to shoot, so I am looking through some shots from this summer, that I had overlooked back then.
This is the facade of the "Red Apple", a 124 m mixed use building, located at Rotterdam’s Wijnhaven Island.
The facade is clad in panels of red aluminium, which get narrower near the top of the building. This both stretches its appearance so it looks taller, but also enhances its slender profile.
