My kind of shots - wheatgrass 🌱💚 My mom drinks these everyday, so I decided to try one again. Life hack: eat more foods shaped like bowls so you have to do less dishes☝🏼stuffed #spaghettisquash boat for din tonight! & while I eat this I am going to answer one my most commonly asked questions for anyone that cares lol ok so ⭐️Q: Do I count calories/macros? A: No, never. I don’t understand how people have the time to put every ingredient in their food into an app to get the cals, much less weigh out everything for macros! I know that’s what works for some people but I spend enough time on my phone as is. I realllly don’t feel like entering all my foods. Sooooo this leads me to Q #2 How do I know how much I’m consuming/if it’s too much? Even tho I don’t count calories, I am still a huge believer in reading your food labels! I try to only eat things with few ingredients, all of which I can understand, and actually want to put into my body. (Most days, that is! I’m all about the pizza & cookies every once in a while) When I am at the grocery, the most important thing to me is the ingredients on the food label when deciding what to purchase. Plus, my cart is like 98% produce most of the time so I know i’m good there😛 & as far as over-eating, I know if my plate is majority made up of vegetables or fruits, I can’t go wrong! I just listen to my body and eat until I feel full. That’s another reason why eating clean rocks- you can always go back for seconds or thirds if you want, because you know you’re filling up with the good stuff! Also, every day is different. I try not to stress if I’m feeling extra snacky one day or like a bottomless pit somedays too hahah! I feel that it generally always evens itself out and if I am particularly extra hungry, my body is telling me something: I’ve been working out hard, I need more sleep, etc! Soooo yea I hope this answers your questions😛 🍝🍝 Dinner: Spaghetti squash used to be suchhhh a staple for me last year & I think I just forgot how much I love it bc that was good af. I got a little one and just poke holes in it then microwave it for 7 mins then let it sit for about 5 more. Filled with onions, bell peps, tomato, shrooms, spinach, garlic, pepper, salt & red pepper flakes- then topped it w TJ’s goddess dressing

collapsing on the couch with some homemade apple crisp after a long day💚 i’ve never been a huge apple pie or crisp fan because it’s always been waaaay too sweet for me, but i swear i could eat this every night for dessert. it uses a little bit of maple syrup which i love sooo much more! nick and i used the apples we picked from the orchard to make it and it was definitely the perfect fall dessert🍎🍏 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i adapted @livbane best-ever apple crisp to make this! i doubled the recipe with a few heaping measurements (i used 11 apples that were various kinds, not just granny smith). we omitted the nuts, used coconut oil rather than butter, and also added some pumpkin pie spice in addition to the cinnamon for a little extra flava! overall, it came out sooooo good💁🏻‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ have a wonderful night friends! hope you all had a great monday❤️ #whenlifegivesyouveggies

Seans Mum came over and I wanted to make a quick healthy dinner and she agreed to a Vegan stir fry. So I whipped this up as fast as I could. But her and Sean aren’t vegetarian so they wanted some meat so made them some grass fed ground beef on the side for them to throw in their stir fry bowls. So they enjoyed it. Me on the other hand, I don’t eat meat anymore. I just had a few bites and it was delicious. Easy as hell. Soak your thin rice noodles, then boil a few minutes, steam your veggies, sauté your garlic, mix it all together with coconut aminos and vegetable hoisin sauce. And boom. I didn't get a workout in today, I wish I had had time. Work is crazy! But my husband and I are working on transitioning to very low carb. I still plan to eat a few grams per day. Today we made tacos with fresh peppers, and I put avocado on mine! . I am learning that diet is incredibly important and I have been winning at my healthy meals and portion control, lately!
