Confession time: I make these noodles at least twice a week. I basically have this meal on standby when things get really busy around here. One Zucchini 💥 Drizzle of sunflower oil💥 Garlic 💥 Tomato sauce 💥 2 sesame breadsticks 💥@violife_foods original flavor block to grate over 💥 Dash of black pepper 💥 So fast to toss in a pan and the yum factor is pretty darn high. All in 15 minutes or less from peopling your zucchini and chopping your garlic. How can we get more greens into our diet? Use in salads, soups, juices, smoothies, omelettes or as a side dish. I try and make a rule that I have something GREEN (whole food obvs) with every meal. Best way to eat greens for the most vitamin/mineral uptake possible? •Raw is best for maximum vitamin/mineral uptake. •Juicing is also fantastic as long as you use a juicer with a low heat output. E.g a masticating juicer. •Steaming. BENEFITS: •helps immune function. •high in fibre. •loaded with vitamins/minerals. •great source of folate. •help towards disease prevention. Eating more leafy greens is experientially one of the best things you could do for your body.
