Guys, let’s talk about something. Eating healthy does not have to be boring, bland, expensive... it doesn’t have to be about deprivation, starvation, or compromising. 🙌🏼 you can eat healthy & feel full, satisfied, & still keep it exciting. My boyfriend & I strive to eat healthy, Whole Foods as much as possible but we refuse to eat boring 🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♂️ This dish in particular... Tempe tacos 🌮 with sautéed Tempe, mushrooms & corn with blackened seasoning 🔥, avocado 🥑, bell peppers, the carrot & red cabbage slaw from @thugkitchen ‘s cook book which is SO good... topped with tomatillo salsa & a lil cholula 💃🏼 with a side of homemade fries & @sirkensingtons ketchup & more cholula haha 😂 SERIOUSLY, this meal was a flavor explosion 🤯 & so filling... if you feel like you’re bored or out of ideas, there are literally thousands of cookbooks to check out, thousands of healthy blogs, there is an endless supply of YouTube videos & resources to keep your healthy habits alive & kickin 👌🏼 i think if you’re bored, you’re doing it wrong. You just have to find your inspiration!
