Hi guys, here are the top 5 no no’s when it comes to cancer prevention. Sugar is one of the biggest causes of cancer, not only can it accelerate cancer tumours, but it causes weight gain, & obesity, which can lead to the onset of diabetes type 2 and cardiovascular disease.
I cannot stress enough the importance of giving up sugar. When you throw into the mix, lots of dairy, a high carb diet, alcohol, large amounts of red meat, & processed food (which uses oils made from GMO corn and other GMO food items), you are asking for trouble down the line. If you are told you have cancer, you must give up these 5 things for the foreseeable future to have a better chance of remission and from the cancer returning later down the line.
