Do you ever get mad at yourself because you KNOW what to do regarding what to eat and how to take care of yourself and you still DON’T DO IT? Seriously, why are we like that? ​​ . The thing is, it turns into a vicious cycle! you keep on eating wrong and you don’t know where to get the motivation. But let me tell you, motivation won’t last forever! you have to make it easy for yourself to follow your meal plan, the more closely you do it the easier it will become to continue. . Do you want to have energy to push through everything you have to do everyday? then you need to EAT RIGHT! have snacks ready to grab at your office on in your bag. Take 2 hours every week to meal prep so you don’t have to worry about cooking for the rest of the week. Make your tea and smoothie the night before so you can start your day right. . It sounds like a lot, but IT IS WORTH IT! . I’m aLways carrying around a gallon of water so I can make sure I’m hydrated all day.
