WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🍒🥣🥑🥗 (SWIPE). My Instagram stories aren't loading properly at the moment (thanks @instagram 😂) so thought I'd share what I ate today. Breakfast: Egg white oats + chopped strawbs (🤤 literally cannot get enough whilst they're in season 🍓 + rich in flavonoids which aid with hayfever!) + a tbsp roasted almond butter. I then trained at @f45_croydonuk for a lunchtime session of Romans 💪so post workout was: 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder mixed with water + 150g picolt cherries 😍. Lunch: Scrambled eggs (2 FR eggs + 100ml egg whites) with rice cakes + avo and a chopped salad tomato. Snack: Tribe bar + a cuppa. Dinner: King Prawn Stir Fry. Got a few cals/macros to spare so will probably have a snack during Love Island. All in all this day comes to 1500 calories which is an appropriate deficit for MY BODY. I remember when i first moved to London. I was broke and didn’t know anyone. I fluked a managers job in a bar in soho. At the time I was on the edge of just giving up and coming home, big cities like London can be very lonely places if your alone and new to it. My manager gave me advise and I’ve never forgot it. He said the more you put into London the more you get out of it. After that everything happen for me. I got up every day and tried. I went to every party I could, every show, every event. If people asked me to an art gallery or trip I’d do it. There would be weeks where I wouldn’t come home. My flat mates would ask where the hell have you been. I look back now and I can barely remember sleeping, I was just out all the time doing something. Yet he’s advise doesn’t just apply to London, it’s to life in general. The more you put out to life, the more you get back.
