I don’t know if it was the excitement of getting into culinary school, or feeling left out that I wasn’t at the @sayhellowellness event in LA last night, but I stayed up until 1 am last night to bake @thetoastedpinenut ✨Double Chocolate Banana 🍌Bread✨ 🤷🏼‍♀️ and I’m glad I did! I mean... look at it 🤤 The recipe is on her blog! HEALTHY BANANA BREAD 🍌so poor alyssa has SIBO and I'm over here like 👩🏻‍🍳🍞🙈 it’s funny because I was ALWAYS the one with the gut issues. from senior year of college until about a year ago it was a constant daily battle. then I got pregnant and my symptoms literally just went away! ✨ even 7 weeks after having Luca they haven't returned 🙏🏼 so I'm able to be less restrictive with my food choices and still feel good 🍃 this banana bread recipe actually comes from my intern lindsay's grandmother 🙏🏼 we just made a few tweaks (like reducing the sugar by about 1 1/2 cups 😂) to make it a way healthier version that still tastes AMAZING! swipe over for the recipe! 👉🏼 xo Maria

·Haven't posted anything for a while because I'm busy making my own cookbook. So here's a preview of what's coming. It's a super easy and healthy bananabread🍞🍌recepie and it's really yum!❤ My cookbook will have cakes, breakfast, lunch and dinner recepies with a historical background and I'm very excited about it. Here's the recepie for the bananabread and the other things will be in the cookbook. Enjoy!🤗🍌❤🍴🍰🍞 Super easy&healthy bananabread: Ingredients: ·3 banana's ·2 eggs ·10 dates, soaked in hot water for about 5/10 minutes ·1ts baking powder ·100g almond meal ·100g oats ·Almondmilk (·Chocolatechips, extra banana, peanutbutter etc) How to make it: °preheat the oven on 175°C. °grind the almond meal and oats in a foodprocessor and put the ground meal in a bowl. °puree the dates and banana in the foodprocessor until it's smooth. Add the eggs and mix it until it's airy and smooth. Put this mixture in another bowl. °slowly add the meal into the egg mixture until it combines into a sticky dough. I love making healthier versions of those recipes, here it is! • 2 large bananas • 1/2 cup grade A maple syrup • 1/4 cup coconut oil • 2 @vitalfarms pasture raised eggs or flax eggs • 1/4 cup homemade almond milk (1 cup almonds soaked overnight, 4 cups filtered water, & 1 date) • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon • 1/4 tsp @natierrasuperfoods Himalayan pink salt • optional: 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen (code: betterlivingwithlyndsi15) - mix wet ingredients in one bowl, dry in another, then slowly mix the dry ingredients in. This is my moms and I’s favorite recipe right now! Whenever we have 2 ripe bananas we get giddy about these healthy gluten free banana breads and/or muffins. This was actually my first time making it into mini loafs, because I didn’t have a cupcake sheet, and I loved it! • • Recipe found off of Pinterest: blend together 2 ripe bananas, 2 cups of oats, 2 eggs, 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp honey, pinch of salt and whatever you want to mix in (my mom loves when I mix in dark chocolate chips for her) Bake at 400 for 15 minutes! And I have been giving in to all of my pregnancy cravings. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Most banana bread recipes have so much added sugar and oils though so, I attempted a new healthier recipe today! I said I would've kept you posted on the new banana bread recipe I tried, so here it is! DELICIOUS 😋 . I got the recipe from @theminifridgeblog and just changed one ingridient cos I didn't have it. . It's sugar, dairy, and gluten free but definitely full of yumminess --is that even a word, idk, but you get it right?! 😅 . - 4 overripe bananas - 4 eggs - 1/4 cup apple sauce - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract - 1 and 3/4 cups blanched almond flour - 1/2 cup gluten free flour (I mixed coconut flour and brown rice flour, and added xanthan gum) --original recipe called for tapioca flour, but you can even use normal all purpose flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - a pinch of salt . Mix the first 4 ingriedients, while combining the others in a different bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet, don't overmix, the batter should be lumpy! Bake it in a bread pan (greased or covered with parchment paper) for about 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. . 👉 If you make it, let me know how you like it! . Queque de plátano saludable ~ Healthy banana bread Me encanta el queque de plátano, así que quise hacer una versión más saludable, con harina integral, sin lácteos y endulzado con miel... le puse además chips de chocolate 70% cacao y avellana europea que le deja ese algo de sabor tipo nutella 🤤 •Precalentar horno a 165°C. Forrar con papel mantequilla una budinera de 23x13cm •En un Bowl, moler con un tenedor, 2 plátanos maduros •Agregar 1 cucharadita esencia de vainilla, 2 huevos grandes, ½ taza miel, ⅓ taza aceite vegetal (yo use Canola) y ¼ taza leche almendra. Revolver bien •Añadir ½ cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio y 1¾ taza harina integral. Mezclar hasta que este todo bien integrado •Incorporar ⅓ taza avellana europea picada y ⅓ taza chips de chocolate amargo de alto porcentaje cacao (yo use 70%) •Verter en el molde y hornear 50min (o hasta introducir un palillo al centro y que salga limpio). Dejar enfriar y desmoldar •Decora con chocolate derretido y más avellanas. ~~~~~~ I love the banana bread, so I wanted to make a healthier version, with whole wheat flour, dairy-free and sweetened with honey ... Finally made a baked good again😊 my grandma has like basically countless borderline overripe bananas, so what better way to use them then making banana bread right? 🍌🍞 . . Walnut - Honey Banana Bread🍌🍯🍞 Dry: - 150g almond flour - 140g whole wheat flour - 1,5 tsp baking powder - 1,5 tsp cinnamon Wet: - 3 eggs - 3,5 bananas mashed - 2,5 tbsp honey (or more if you want sweeter) - 70ml coconut oil - 70ml unsweetened almond milk Extras: - walnuts Preheat oven to 170°C. Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combine both. Fold in as much chopped walnuts as you prefer, I used about 50g. Pour into loaf pan lined with parchment paper, add extra crushed walnuts on top and bake for 45ish minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Banana bread is delicious, but it sometimes isn’t the healthiest🍌 White sugar and a ton of butter or oil usually sneak their way into the beloved breakfast bread, but not today! Banana mini muffins for the win... I had a bunch of leftover overripe bananas and I made these little cuties. They are vegan, super moist and low on sugar! I may have eaten like 3 or 20 when they came out of the oven. I lost count 😉 . . . Deets 👇🏻 This recipe is inspired and adapted from @whereyougetyourprotein 4 overripe bananas 1/4 cup avocado oil (could use coconut oil as well) 1/3 cup organic cane sugar or coconut palm sugar 1.5 cups whole wheat flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon . 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 *Preheat oven to 350. *Mash the bananas and mix in oil and sugar then add in all dry ingredients. *Once mixed together pour about a tablespoon of batter into greased mini muffin pan. Because I love banana bread ..I was very adamant to create a recipe with a good taste using healthy ingredients . I wasn't willing to sacrifice the flavor . I tried using apple sauce , it turns out very gummy. I used oil which was great but the fat content was too high . Since butter is the lesser of two evils so why not using it with less amount . Which I did in this recipe . My teenager approves this , it shows when he had 4 slices within an hour this came out from the oven . Blueberry banana bread is SO moist, thick, and sweet. And in this recipe I only used 6 wholesome ingredients!! There are seriously so many healthy versions of treats and other foods. So why not eat what you want while still fueling your body with what it needs to feel it’s best! Recipe: blend 2 cups oats, 2 small ripe bananas & half of a larger one (~ 1 1/4 cup mashed), 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp baking soda. Once creamy, pour batter into a pan, mix in ~ 1 cup blueberries, and top with the rest of the bananas and some more blueberries!! Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. I started with 30 but kept having to add time, so I’d say 40-45 min. It’s done once a toothpick comes out clean. Lastly, cut up and enjoy😜

This almond butter banana chocolate chip bread came together in about 10 minutes in my #vitamix blender👊🏻 I made this last night before I went to bed (at like 10:30pm because breakfast is serious) and kept it in the fridge overnight. When I opened my eyes this morning I stumbled to the kitchen to preheat the oven, stumbled back to bed to close my eyes for another 15 minutes, then I got out of bed again and put the bread in the oven (and stayed up!)😆 I LOVE when breakfast is prepped ahead of time—we aren't cold cereal people because it doesn't qualify as a whole food in my book (much to my kids annoyance)🤷🏼‍♀️ I think this is my favorite banana bread recipe I have made in a while. Hola a todos acá les dejo la receta del Pan de banano saludable espero que sigan los pasos y también espero ver sus fotos cuando la hagan y me comentan que tal... Felíz Jueves 😋 🍞🍌 Para una mini bandeja de pan de 5"x 3" (3 a 4 porciones). Ingredientes: • 1/4 taza de harina de trigo integral blanca ó harina regular de trigo integral • 1/4 tazas de harina de avena ó harina de avena • 1 cucharada de aceite de coco derretido • 2 huevos a temperatura ambiente • 1 puré de banana dividido alrededor de (80 g / 20 g para cobertura) • 1/4 taza de leche de tu elección ó agua • 1/2 cucharadita de vinagre de sidra de manzana • 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio (NO polvo de hornear, ¡no son lo mismo!) • 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla • pizca de sal • canela en polvo • Edulcorante de su elección (yo utilicé 2 stevia) + 1 cucharada de miel. Si te gusta mas dulcesito agrégale otra cucharada más de miel es opcional. Opcional: frutos secos triturados, rodajas de banana fresca ... ó caramelo de banano ver nota.📌 Instrucciones: 1 Precaliente el horno a 375 grados Fahrenheit (165 grados Celsius) y engrase un molde para pan de 5x3 pulgadas. 2 En un tazón, con la ayuda de un batidor manual bata los huevos con la leche, vainilla, aceite de coco líquido, vinagre de sidra de manzana, y miel. luego agrégale los bananos triturados. 3 en otro recipiente mezcle los ingredientes secos: las 2 harinas que seleccionaste, el bicarbonato de sodio los 2 sobres de estevia o edulcorante de su elección. Agrega la mezcla líquida en la mezcla seca revolviendo lentamente hasta que estén completamente integrados. 4 Vierta la mezcla en su molde engrasado y espolvoree ligeramente con canela. 5 Hornee durante 30 minutos, o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro salga limpio. Deje que el pan se enfríe en el molde durante 10 minutos, luego transfiéralo a una rejilla para que se enfríe por otros 5 minutos. 📌Nota: Para el caramelo de plátano simplemente coloque el resto del banano triturado en el microondas durante 1 min y extiéndalo encima del pan. Made my very own paleo banana bread! 🍌🍌🍌 I put some @kitehillfoods almond milk cream cheese on it and it was amazinggggg❣️ . . .
