Eat more vegetables!!!!!!! This serving of zucchini noodles is about 4g of carbs. The equivalent amount of pasta is 37g 🙊 I like to sneak in random veggies into the sauce, using whatever is in the fridge. I blend it up making a bit of a chunky paste, this time it was cauliflower, cauliflower leaves, zucchini leftover from spiraling and broccoli stems. This ended up being about 1/2 cup of blended bits. RECIPE!!! For the Apple spice oatmeal mentioned in previous post! ~1cup water or nut milk of your choice ~1/2cup gluten free oats ~1gala Apple ~1tbsp chia seeds ~1/2tbsp organic raw local honey ~1/2tbsp get burning loose leaf tea by @therepublicofteamexico ~1/2 serving of @vega_team vanilla cashew milk yogurt ~cinnamon to garnish 1. Prepare oatmeal according to instructions on bag. If you like your apples soft, cook them with your oatmeal, if you like them with a little crunch still, add them in at the end of cooking oats! 2. Add chia seeds and get burning tea spices and stir in, may need to add a little more milk here as the chia seeds will absorb all extra moisture. 3. Once pats have cooled a bit, add yogurt for creaminess, and add honey. Tip: honey cannot be heated over 124 degrees Fahrenheit without loosing all its nutritional value and enzymes! So wait till pats have cooled a bit to add honey! 4. OH EM GEE! My sister recommended this GF bagel recipe and it is bombbb! It's super simple to make (recipe from Skinnytaste). I tweaked the recipe just a tad....⠀ ⠀ ~1/2 cup almond flour + 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free baking flour⠀ ~2 tsp baking powder⠀ ~3/4 tsp salt⠀ ~1 cup non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt⠀ ~1 egg white⠀ ~Trader Joe's Everything seasoning⠀ ⠀ Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt. Roll into a ball and kneed. Seperate into 4 balls then roll into thick ropes and form into bagel shape. Top with egg white and sprinkle with Everything seasoning. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. ⠀ ⠀ #glutenfreebagels
