Yummy Oatmeal for breakfast. Added a scoop of collagen for protein. I also like to put Ceylon cinnamon and stevia in mine, and drizzle it with almond milk. Then I added a few raisins. Yum! Interesting tidbit for you; I grew up in a family of 15 children. We ate plain oatmeal (with goats milk from my Dad’s herd) EVERY SINGLE morning for years. Hasselback Potatoes w/ Wild Garlic & Cashew Pesto 🥔🌿 by @vegaliciously 🍃 . Ingredients: 100 g wild garlic or basil leaves 100 g cashew nuts 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 rsp salt — 400 g potatoes METHOD: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 2. Place wild garlic, nuts, oil and salt in a food processor and process until creamy. 3. Place potatoes between the handles of 2 wooden spoons and cut into thin slices. 4. Place on a baking tray covered with baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. 5. Brush the potatoes with pesto and bake for another 5 minutes. 6. Beim Rumprobieren mit und Rantasten an die LowCarb-Küche kann beim Backen auch einiges schief und daneben gehen.
